It's the time of the Season when clubs are packed.
In this time of the Season, your "PREMIER PROMOTIONS" must have the
knack.
Never have so many clubs and bars resorted to pricing as their promotion
as
opposed to presenting "THE FUN" and "THE WOW FACTORS".
Your Club and your Bar need reason after Promotion, after Event, after
Concept,
after Celebration, after Party, after Theme, after Contest to attract
new faces and
to generate new cash flow.
It's not about drink specials or cheap beer.
It's not about advertising on Clear Channel Radio.
It's not about working with club promoters.
It's not about handing out thousands of flyers.
It's not about the Hip Hop genre of Crap spinning.
It's not about Partners arguing over what to do to make their Club or
Bar Packed.
It's not about a General Manager or Manager who does nothing but goes
through
the motions and is not dedicated to packing the place he manages.
It's all about your clarity of purpose, which is developing the desired
PREMIER PROMOTIONS to cash in, draw in, pack in and drive in Quality,
Spending Patrons and Women Galore.
No Not Ladies Nights.
No Not free cover for Ladies.
No Not free drinks for Ladies.
The objective is to attract the right crowd, generate the great cash
flow.
Success comes when you have your "MONEY MONTHS" mapped out, formulated,
and ready to implement.
How can you plan, if you have no Promotion?
How can you promote if you have no Concept?
Power under Pressure.
That's why the Owners and Managers who use my methods make serious cash
flow and those who don't for example "Trax" in Tempe, they close down.
You must attract a specific patron, a spending clubber, and not let all
your policies disappear just to put bodies in your bar or club or
lounge.
Your competition is not making money giving away the bar.
Why be a same as the others bar or club or lounge, rather than nothing
like they are?
The "MONEY MONTHS" are here, and will last through Easter Sunday, if
your not prepared how do you expect to profit?
This is not about "Drink and Run" it's all about "Drink and
FUN"................................................
Look at what you offer nightly, look at whom you attract, look at your
bottom line and tell me your "FINE"?
All I hear is:
"How do I attract the right crowd?"
"How can I reach the market I want to?"
"I have no fresh new FUN".
"I am only open three nights because I can't draw people in"
"I am spending and not making".
"I have the worse manager".
" I have a Hip Hop Crowd and I can't take it"
" The club promoters I worked with promised me a packed club and nobody
showed up."
" I rely totally on club promoters on each night I am open to survive."
" I am off the beaten path and cannot bring patrons out here"
" I am surrounded by so many other bars or clubs how do I compete?"
" I have a day job and cannot pay enough attention to my bar or club"
" I have partners who are my worse nightmares".
" I have so much liquor inventory that does not sell"
" If a game is not on my sports bar is dead."
"I have a horrible, rude staff".
" My bar or club is known for fights and trouble".

I had a club in San Antonio, Texas,the Manager said "but we have to
discount everyone else is".
SO WHAT?
NO YOU DON'T.
Why on earth would you be one of many instead of one of a kind?
And you wonder why your not making any money?

You have no ability to realize the reality of your situation.
YOUR IN DENIAL.

NEVER GO AFTER OTHER DEMOGRAPHICS AND FRESH
NEW FACES?
I TRY TO ANALYZE WHY SPORTS BARS NEVER HAVE
MORE TO OFFER, THAN DARTS, BILLIARDS, BEER PONG
WHICH EVEN BEER COMPANIES WANT NO PART OF,
BUT YET THEY CANNOT FATHOM GOING AFTER A MUCH
DIVERSE SHARE OF THE COMMUNITY AND MAKE SERIOUS
MONEY?
TO RELY ON TEAMS TO WIN, TEAMS TO BECOME CHAMPIONS,
IS LIKE ASKING YOUR EX SPOUSE TO RELIVE YOUR HONEYMOON.
YOU NEED MORE THAN SPORTS.
YOU NEED MORE THAN SCREENS.
THE DAYS OF THE SAME OLD SPORTS BARS ARE STRIKING OUT.
YOUR MISSING THE GOAL POST, YOUR NOT THINKING LIKE A
WINNER, BUT MORE LIKE A PLAYER PAST HIS PRIME.
