NOW YOUR WEEKNIGHTS ARE YOUR FOUND NIGHTS, WHEN YOU FIND THE CROWDS AND THE REVENUES THAT ARE DERIVED FROM ''THE FUN" AND "THE WOW FACTORS" THAT ARE SYSTEMIC TO THE FORMAT YOU IMPLEMENT.
SO MANY BAR AND CLUB OWNERS ARE CHALLENGED BY NOT HAVING THE INSIGHT, OR FORESIGHT TO PACK THEIR WEEKNIGHTS, THUS RESULTING IN "WEAKNIGHTS".

HIP HOP IS IN A DOWNWARD TURN.
HIP HOP SALES ARE DOWN.
WHY WOULD YOU PLAY MUSIC THAT DEGRADES WOMEN?
WHY WOULD YOU PLAY MUSIC THAT ENCOURAGES VIOLENCE?
THIS OCTOBER RAPPER T.I. JOINED THE INFAMOUS CROWD OF HIP HOP PERFORMERS ARRESTED ON WEAPONS CHARGES.
JUST BEFORE HE WAS SUPPOSE TO PERFORM AND ACCEPT AWARDS AT THE "BET HIP HOP AWARDS SHOW" IN ATLANTA.
I HAD A CLUB OWNER IN HYNAISS PORT CALL ME, HE IS ONLY OPEN AND CATERING TO THE HIP HOP CROWD AND HE IS AT THE END OF HIS WITS.
THEY MUST PASS THROUGH METAL DETECTORS, THE WOMEN HAVE THEIR PURSES SEARCHED, THEY DESTROY HIS RESTROOMS, THEY DO NOT TIP, THEY GROPE AND HARRASS WHATEVER WOMEN DO COME IN HIS CLUB AND HE CANNOT WAIT, I MEAN HE IS PRIMED AND READY TO SWITCH FORMATS, BECAUSE IT JUST IS NOT WORTH IT.
EVERY CLUB OWNER SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO SEE A RECENTLY RUN "MEET THE PRESS" PROGRAM WITH BILL COSBY AS A FEATURED GUEST, AND HIS TAKE, HIS OPINION , HIS VIEWS ON HIP HOP AND YOUNG AFRO AMERICAN MALES.
HE IS FED UP WITH THE "N" WORD, HE IS FED UP WITH ISIAH THOMAS SAYING IT'S "OK FOR BLACK MEN TO CALL BLACK WOMEN NAMES", I WILL NOT EVEN MENTION.
HE IS FED UP WITH THE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN, THE LACK OF REGARD FOR WOMEN WHO BARE YOUNG AFRO AMERICA BABIES, WHILE THE YOUNG AFRO AMERICAN FATHERS ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.
AND YET WHAT DO CLUBS DO, THEY EXPLOIT THIS ENTIRE GENRE FOR PROFIT, UNTIL A FIGHT, A STABBING, A SHOOTING TAKES PLACE OUTSIDE THEIR CLUB AND THEN THEY PAY THE ULTIMATE FINANCIAL PRICE.
THEY EITHER CLOSE OR ARE ALMOST ABOUT TO.
THEY HAVE NOW A REPUTATION THAT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ERASE.
Even, the HIP HOP AWARDS SHOW was down 25% in viewership.

STOP SETTLING FOR NON SPENDING, TROUBLE MAKING, SLOBS WHO DON'T SPEND AND CERTAINLY DON'T TIP.
STOP LOWERING YOUR COVER CHARGE AND GIVING AWAY YOUR BAR.
STOP LISTENING TO EVERYONE WHO KNOW NOTHING.

WHY FLYERS AND RADIO SPOTS DO NOT WORK
SO, YOU HAVE 20,000 FLYERS, YOUR GOING TO HIRE A STREET TEAM
THEY ARE GOING TO HIT THE STREETS, HAND OUT THESE FLYERS,
WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?
TO HAVE POTENTIAL PATRONS RESPOND?
WRONG.
THE DAYS OF FLYERS ARE LONG GONE.
FLYERS HAVE LOST THEIR LUSTER, THEIR LEGITIMACY, THEIR
LONGING.
FLYERS ARE NOT GOING TO PACK A NIGHT FOR YOU.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE RATIO OF RETURN IS, BASED ON EVERY
THOUSAND FLYERS YOU HAND OUT?
DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND ONCE YOU FIND OUT, YOU WILL NEVER,
EVER SPEND A PENNY ON FLYERS EVER AGAIN.
RADIO, NOW HERE IS A MEDIUM THAT AT ONE TIME A BIG BAR,
A NIGHTCLUB, A SPORTSBAR COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT.
BUT AGAIN THOSE DAYS ARE ALSO GONE.
CLEAR CHANNEL WAS SOLD TO TWO INVESTMENT BANKING GROUPS,
THEIR DEBT LOAD IS OUTRAGEOUS.
THEIR ONLY GOAL, NOT TO SERVICE, TO CATER TO, TO PROVIDE YOU
WITH EFFECTIVE ADVERTISING.
THEIR ONE DEDICATED COMMITMENT IS TO SELLING AIRTIME, PREFERABLY
THIRTY SECOND SPOTS, BECAUSE LISTENERS NO LONGER CAN BEAR TO HEAR
ONE SIXTY SECOND COMMERCIAL AFTER ANOTHER.
SO WHAT DOES CLEAR CHANNEL DO?
THEY RAISE THEIR RATES, AND PUT THEIR SALES VIPERS OUT ON THE STREETS
SELLING THIRTY SECOND SPOTS TO NIGHTCLUBS WITH NO SEPERATION BETWEEN
COMPETING BARS OR CLUBS, WITH THE SAME PRODUCTION VOICE DOING YOUR SPOT
FOR YOUR CLUB AND THE SPOT FOR THE OTHER CLUB DOWN THE STREET.
RADIO NO LONGER IS WORTH THE EXPENSE.
LIVE REMOTE BROADCASTS ARE A TOTAL DISASTER.
WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A DJ WHO IS GOING TO BE AT THE CHEVY TRUCK DEALER
TOMORROW MORNING HAWKING DISCOUNTS ON CHEVY TRUCKS, AT YOUR CLUB
TONIGHT, CALLING IN WITH LIVE SPOTS THAT NOBODY WILL RESPOND TO?
MARK MAYS THE PRESIDENT OF CLEAR CHANNEL HAS NO CLUE WHAT HIS STATIONS
ARE DOING.
HE HAS NO GRASP ON HOW HIS SALESPEOPLE AND SALES MANAGERS ARE BETRAYING
CLUBS AND BARS, JUST TO GET THE "BUY".
AND YOU WONDER WHY YOU SPEND, SPEND, SPEND, NEVER TO EVEN TAKE IN THE CASH
FLOW TO COVER THE COSTS OF YOUR RADIO BUYS?
I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN OWNERS AND GENERAL MANAGERS WHO JUST DON'T GET IT.
