NIGHTCLUB PROMOTIONS NO MAGIC WAND!

There is no "Magic Wand" you can wave to pack your bar or club.
But you can use a step by step strategic synergy that will attract
Women and Spenders.

In these declining economic times, with bars giving away almost
every brand, every bottle, just to do business, you should take the
opposite approach.

Millions of dollars are lost every Year by Clubs, Bars, Lounges, Sports Bars,
who are so set in their thinking, they never see the clarity or the reality
of what they are doing that is not generating cash flow, to what they should
be presenting, that would create a cash cow.

STOP WASTING $ ON RADIO SPOTS ESPECIALLY 30 SEC. SPOTS.
RADIO ADVERTISING has been generally weak in the Nightclub/Bar/Restaurant Categories, due to IMMENSE increased audio competition, satellite radio, MP3 Players, Internet Radio and Audio from Cable Systems.

ARE YOU GIVING UP INSTEAD OF FIGHTING BACK?
Another Bar, another Club, another Restaurant with a lounge are all closing down this Month that contacted me, but refused to adhere to a consistent, disciplined format of "The Fun" and "The Wow Factors."
Owners who were in major denial and instead of zeroing in on a fresh new set of faces that were Women and Spenders, they all lowered prices, pleaded for patrons and posted significant losses.
Look at Lenny Dykstra, a former baseball Relief Pitcher who once out of the game, learned, and listened and let the "EXPERTS" teach him how to invest money to the point he made hundreds of millions of dollars.
Using the same logic, why are Owners so reluctant to change.
Take the Restaurant/Club in York, Pa. the Owner is so out of step, he does not understand this is 2008 and he operates as if it's still 1998.
How can an Owner who is not packed at least three nights a week operate and generate tremendous cash flow?
He refuses to roll out new Concepts, he declines to follow a new Proven Path, his Wife is the Guiding Light, who knows what their
Establishment needs, but is fighting an uphill major attitude problem with Mr. Refuses to listen to reason.
Owners, this is not the time to be rolling dice, seeking palm readings,
throwing coins in lucky ponds, you need to wake up, want up and
take back your nights with fixed focus on:
The FUN
The WOW FACTORS
Format
Marketing
Music
Management
Employees
Atmosphere
Energy
Advertising
Appearance
Pricing
Avenues of Income
Burying your competition
Nights Open
Quality of Patrons
of your Bar, your Club, your Sports Bar, your Lounge, your Pub, your Tavern, your Restaurant at Night when it turns into a Night Life Adventure.
Stop wasting Nights away, stop ignoring reality, stop defending what is not working.
Now the end of this Month should kick off your Summer Spectacles of Promotions.
But noooooooooooooooooooooo your simply going to remain complacent, and barely keep your doors open.
Why would you want to sell Drinks & Beer at Regular Prices?
Why would you want to attract women and more women?
Why would you want to open more nights?
Why would you want to break out of the pack?
Why would you want to celebrate and collaborate on Premier Promotions?
Why would you want to offer more than a DJ?
Why would you want to hold outside Parties?
BECAUSE YOUR LAZY, and you have decided to let other bars and clubs take your business away.
If you have another reason, please by all means tell me?


POETRY READINGS, & LOCAL BANDS = A CLUB SOON TO CLOSE
How does a Club that holds 1200 Patrons in West Virginia expect to be wall to wall with people, when all they offer are Poetry Readings and Local Bands?
The Owner is drawing 50 to 150 patrons weekly.
The worse part of this situation is, he will do nothing to stop the flow of negativity and turn it into a Positive Packed Vibe.
It's like still offering Karaoke, it's over, stop the singing, it's done, sure you get the same faces singing the same songs weekly and they spend the same $10 but so what it's over, stop the music.
There are brand new Fresh "FUN" and "WOW" to be presented.
Sure "Texas Hold Em" is still holding it's own, but call the last hand already, it's almost over, and in most areas is over.
It's time to move to the next great CONCEPT.
So many Owners "CLING" to the past because their afraid to launch the FUTURE.
So many Owners are thrilled with a half packed bar rather then a jammed bar with every table taken, as well.
So many Sports Bar Owners have no clue what to do when the races are over, the games are weak, and the madness is long gone.
My Father who is a "MAVEN" in the Restaurant and Nightclub Business, has always said ' YOU NEVER LAY OVER AND LET ANYBODY TAKE YOUR PATRONS, YOUR BAR BUSINESS, YOUR DINING
CUSTOMERS AWAY.'
I have always operated under that Pretext.


TEEN NIGHTS, TEEN NIGHTS, TEEN NIGHTS, TEEN NIGHTS
TEEN NIGHTS ARE GOLD MINES, BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE PLAN

THIS IS THE IDEAL TIME TO PLAN AND LAUNCH TEEN NIGHTS.

BUT IT'S NOT THAT SIMPLE.

YOU MUST HAVE EVERY FACET OF THE NIGHT, OF THE POLICY, OF THE FORMAT,
OF THE MARKETING, OF THE PROMOTION ALL PRESET.

THE REASON OWNERS RUN FROM THE NIGHT, IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CLUE, HOW TO PRESENT SUCH A NIGHT, THEY FEAR THE TROUBLEMAKERS, THE ATTITUDE, THE CROWD, THE NIGHT.

BUT WHY?

YOU SHOULD BE CELEBRATING TENS OF THOUSANDS IN TEEN NIGHTS, BUT I REITERATE WITH A FIRM SET IN STONE CONSISTENT STEP BY STEP HANDS ON APPROACH.

YOUR PROBLEM IS YOU FEAR THE UNKNOWN, BASED ON WHAT YOU HAVE HEARD OR READ MAYBE EVEN SEEN FIRSTHAND, BECAUSE OF YOUR LAX WAY OF ATTEMPTING TO IMPLEMENT SUCH A NIGHT?

YOUR FACING THE MOST DANGEROUS DAYS OF ATTEMPTING TO CREATE GREAT CASH FLOW, YET YOU ARE SO SET IN WAYS, YOU RISK LOSING YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS,

BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO LISTEN, TO LEARN, TO LIBERATE, YOUR OLD WAYS, BY ACCEPTING THE BRAND NEW METHODS OF MAKING MONEY IN YOUR CLUB.

THE KEY IS ATTRACTING THE RIGHT TEENS WITH THE RIGHT THEME.
