CHILI'S WHICH SHOULD BE FEATURING "THE FUN" AND "THE WOW FACTORS" IS DOWN 2.4%

YOU CAN'T FORCE PEOPLE TO EAT AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT, BUT YOU CAN AND SHOULD ADD ON THE ALTERNATIVE REVENUE GENERATOR OF "NIGHT LIFE" AND "BEVERAGE SALES" WHERE THE PROFITS ARE RIGHT NOW.

CLUB PROMOTERS ARE NIGHTCLUB NO NO'S
Not a day goes by where a Club Promoter wannabe contacts me saying "I talked this Owner into giving me a night, but I have no clue what to do?"
Or a Club Owner calls and asks me, "Do you know any Club Promoters in my area?"
What ability does a young clubgoer have, who thinks the world of "Club Promoting is so glamorous" but does not have the first inkling as to what their entire responsibilities are, and where they begin and end?
In Naples, Florida an upscale club who's former Owner was hitting on every hottie that walked through the doors, his Wife made him sell the Club.
So, another Couple buys the Club, closes it for a Month, keeps the same name (huge mistake), retains all the employees (another monumental error) and then, hires a PR Firm by the hour to guide them, the only problem is, the PR Firm is milking them and accomplishing nothing.
Why?
Because they are not Professional Club Consultants, they don't know the first step to take to turn this club around?
They are doing this club more harm, more damage, and costing these new Owners hundreds of thousands of dollars, while they keep charging them by the hour.
I am shaking my head in disbelief.
This PR Firm does not bring customer one into this upscale club in Naples, Florida, they are going to destroy this club's ability to rebound.
They keep advising these Owners, "you don't need any club promoters", that is true, but they also don't need YOU<<<<<<<
They are wasting this club's time, money, and with New Owners who are new to the industry, it is a nightmare that would be a great comedy if not for the fact it is reality.
Next, Why would a Club Owner want some stranger who no credentials, to take over his Club for a Night, keep the door charge, run a bar tab, let in guests (his friends) for free, bring in his own door staff and DJ, and the Club Owner simply keeps the bar revenue?
To all Club Owners who agree to this type of arrangement, I can only say "ARE YOU CRAZY?"

To prove my point, Here's a classic:

" I'm going to be opening a night spot in LA in May and am seeking promoters who can 'guarantee' they'll deliver. Where are you located."

K.B. I am not a Club Promoter, and if you think Club Promoters can "GUARANTEE THEY'LL DELIVER," I suggest you get tested for "Common Sense & LOGIC"?
Opening a Club up in LA and wanting club promoters who will insure they will pack your club?
And then you woke up...............................
Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.

YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ATTRACT WOMEN AND SPENDERS IF YOUR NOT ALREADY DRAWING THEM IN NOW, BASED ON YOUR CURRENT FORMAT, MARKETING, ATMOSPHERE, AND IMAGE.
I CAN OBSERVE A BAR, A CLUB, A PUB, A TAVERN, A LOUNGE AND TELL YOU IN FIVE MINUTES IF THIS OPERATOR IS PROSPERING OR PAUPERING.
