So, as we enter the next phase of this major housing, job, stock market, healthcare nightmare, with the election of a new President, Owners of clubs and bars, are faced with major choices and decisions.
Who to lay off?
Where to cut expenses?
What days and nights to stay open?
What new "FUN" & "WOW FACTORS" can you roll out immediately to
bring back the crowds?
What marketing can you implement that will produce rush results, as opposed to wasting your money on flyers, radio spots and ads in alternative newspapers?
What new Avenues of income can you implement?
What live entertainment will you profit from and not just break even with?
Either make up your mind to act and become relentless, or give up
and slowly fade away.


NIGHTCLUB BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT ENERGY
Never have this industry been challenged to the brink from outside pressures that have a major impact on your nightclub, and your bar.
Your response must be one of "ENERGY".
Your bar is a dark wood, old school, no "LED", no excitement, same old typical bar, with a dance floor, a worn out DJ booth, beat up restrooms and beer signs all over the walls.
You think dressing your cute barmaids in all black which is hideous is attractive?
You think having the DJ spin the same songs every weekend in the same sets with no kick, no jam no power is smart?
You think discounting and lowering your prices is going to bring in more business, when you offer nothing in the way of "THE FUN" or "THE WOW FACTORS"?
You think this is what "ENERGY" is all about?
You think this is going to pack your place/
You think this is what patrons want?
You think this is going to generate customers coming back again and again?
You think this is going to motivate your staff?
You think this is going to generate street buzz about your bar or club?

AN OWNER WHO REALIZES HIS BEST DIRECTION IS THROUGH OUTSIDE EXPERTISE.
I own a sports bar and grill and we are seeing better sales than ever. But like most things when your at the top you get complacent and I know I have to keep the forward thinking going but have lost it somewhere in the middle. We have been doing the WOW factor for some time now with KY wrestling, Fight Nights, Night golf tournaments, and a 62 burger menu.
Think its time to bring in a fresh mind.
I would "86" the "KY Wrestling" at once, I would knock out " The Fight Nights", ASAP, I would Bogie "The Night Golf Tournaments" and you don't need a "62 Burger Menu" in these very tight food costs times to offer patrons.
I mean why spend so much cash on the sides, the condiments, the veggies, the cheeses, the variety of items you need to serve 62 different kinds of burgers/
The MONEY IS IN THE LIQUOR AND BEER..........................................
Your "FUN" and "WOW FACTORS" are non existent.
Your stuck in a time warp.
The upside is you realize you need to reach out for the Best Expertise in the Industry.
Now email me or call me at your earliest convenience and let's turn this successful format into a four night a week packed with a line outside establishment.

ANOTHER OWNER WHO SHOULD NOT OWN A CLUB.
When does this "MADNESS" end.
A furniture store Owner in Milwaukee, spends 200k on building a nightclub in Milwaukee.
He is open just two months, and is dying..........................................
His Thursday Night Promotion is Ladies Drink Free till Midnight.
How many Patrons show up for this night?
Eighty to Eighty five, he just barely breaks even.
The club holds 400 Guests.
Friday Night the club is dead, empty, void of humans other than employees.
Saturday Night the club has a line around the block and is jammed, featuring a DJ, a Dance Floor and no Drink Specials.
Sundays, the club is a ghost town, why this Owner even opens Sundays is like asking Bush why the Economy tanked?
He has no clue, nor does this Owner..........................
For Halloween, The Owner had 1000 flyers printed, up, wow, 1000 flyers for a City with a population of 25,000 age clubbers 21 and up, and this Owner is going to print up 1000 flyers?
Now since he is dead on Friday Nights, which Halloween fell on this Year, how do you think his Halloween Friday went?
He fits the perfect description of someone who should not even be in this business, A. Married with Children B. Has a full time Day Business C. Has no experience in this industry of any kind.
I tried to help him, but once again ego and arrogance, he is done before he even has begun.

YOU HAVE TO STAND OUT ABOVE THE CROWD OF BARS AND CLUBS
These are not the economic times to follow the lead of other bars and clubs by
doing everything and anything to attract patrons.
Each Bar and Club must stand for something unique to survive and thrive.
It's all about getting out of the "SEA OF SAME".
Your new tactics should be rolling out "THE FUN" and "THE WOW FACTORS",
think of all the money you have lost by doing nothing.
The problem is there are too many bars and clubs doing the same format and
only the astute owners who realize they need to break out of the pack, will
see a dramatic increase in revenue and crowds.
I repeat my mantra, "What worked yesterday will no longer work today".
It's all about innovation rather than stagnation.
Am I getting through to you YET?????????????????????????????
It's not about how much you spend on marketing, advertising, bands,
promotions, rather what are the RESULTS?????????????????????
Your in an entertainment district and yet you follow the pack instead of
breaking out
Your a destination location, but you don't give potential patrons any kind
of hook, line or sinker to drive to your bar or club.
IF YOUR NOT GOING TO CONTACT ME AND TURN YOUR BAR, YOUR CLUB
AROUND, THEN EXPECT TO SUFFER..................... IT'S THAT SIMPLE..............

CLUB PROMOTERS ARE THE TALIBAN OF THE NIGHTCLUB INDUSTRY
For years I have stated how dangerous, how harmful, how costly retaining a Club Promoter is.
Yet, for reasons that only they can justify, Club Owners continue to associate themselves with these "Taliban of the Nightclub Industry".
Why would a person who buys a nightclub, invests tens of thousands of dollars in the interior and exterior, carefully hire his staff, pick and choose his DJ, then form a bond with a complete stranger, who is only in it for themselves?
Why would any Club Owner in these dire economic times, cut off the one stream of revenue that is the building block for cash flow, their cover charge?
Why would any Club Owner rely on a perfect stranger to bring in a crowd that sneaks in their own liquor, that has no respect for the club or it's employees, that rarely tip, that create more havoc and hell then any one club should tolerate?
Why would any Club Owner give the power of a guest list, a bar tab, and the entire door revenue to someone who has no vested interest in the bar generating sales, in the crowd they bring in, in the music that is spun, and has only one Priority, the money he takes home?
I repeat , Club Promoters are the "Taliban" of the Nightclub Industry.
They are ruthless, some are violent, they have no regard for anyone or anything but their piece of the pie..............................


IF YOUR ONLY SERVING FOOD AND NOT FOCUSING ON THE BAR SHAME ON YOU.

THIS IS NOT THE TIME OF THE SEASON TO BE CONCERNED SOLELY WITH SERVING FOOD.
FOOD IS NOT GOING TO PAY YOUR BILLS AND PUT CASH IN YOUR POCKET.
FOOD IS CAUSING MANY CASUAL DINING CHAINS TO CLOSE UNITS, TO LAY OFF CORPORATE
STAFF, AND TO LOWER PRICES, BECAUSE THEY ARE MISSING OUT ON THE MONEY, THE CASH FLOW
THE REVENUE TO BE MADE AT THE BAR.
IN SARASOTA, THERE IS A BENNIGAN'S STILL OPERATING BY AN INDIVIDUAL OWNER, IT IS NOT
CORPORATE OWNED, BUT ALL THEY ARE DOING IS GIVING AWAY THE BAR AND HAVING A DJ
SPIN.
THEY ARE RUNNING ADS IN A BANKRUPT ALTERNATIVE NEWSPAPER.
THAT IS THE EXTENT OF THEIR MARKETING.
AT ONE TIME THEY WERE THE PREMIER PLACE FOR HAPPY HOUR, NIGHT LIFE AND LATE, LATE
NIGHT.
NOW THEY ARE JUST A SHADOW OF THEIR PAST.
THEIR OWNERSHIP HAS NO DIRECTION, NO STRATEGY, NO GAME PLAN.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY CORPORATE BENNINGAN'S AND STEAK AND ALE WENT BYE BYE.
NO DIRECTION. NO FORESIGHT, NO VISION, NO EXECUTION, NO CONSISTENCY.
I CONTACTED THIS "BENNIGAN'S" BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ARE MINDSET ON SELF
DESTRUCTION.
IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU OWN ONE CASUAL DINING EATERY OR A DOZEN, IT'S NOT ABOUT
YOUR DRINK SPECIALS, HOW DO I GET THROUGH TO YOU?
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ATTRACT AND DISTRACT PATRONS FROM THE ECONOMIC HELL
THIS COUNTRY IS GOING THROUGH?
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MAKE THEM LAUGH, TO LET THEM WIN, TO LET THEM INTERACT,
TO LET THEM PARTY, TO LET THEM SPEND?
YOU CAN EITHER LAY OVER AND LET YOUR COMPETITORS TAKE YOUR PATRONS OR YOU
CAN TAKE BACK THE NIGHTS?


YOU WANT TO MAKE SERIOUS CASH, YOU WANT TO ATTRACT WOMEN AND SPENDERS,
