A bar/club in Wisconsin, open only three weeks is sinking into
the abyss.
Ownership took over a bar/club with an awful reputation,
Naturally Ownership changed the name, but did not invest
enough in the interior or a penny into the rest rooms or the front
entrance, or the staff, or the marketing to take a bar clunker and
turn it into
a brand new club Cash Winner.
Ownership left up the old myspace site and left the old name
up as well, how can you transform a totally miserable bar/club image
by leaving the same old name and same old content up on the web?
Ownership's mindset is not on creating a fresh, foreword fun,
fantastic new "Hot Spot", the major improvement was installing
stripper poles.
Stripper Poles are dated, they are like having your dj in a
wood square box, they are over with.
Hot Women, Stylish Women, Trendy Women want innovative dance
floor fun as in www.innofer.com every adult entertainment
establishment has stripper poles.
But very few bars and clubs have the most exciting and
ultimate dance floor "FUN" that

exclusively designed and created.
Stripper poles are clunkers.
DJs in wood square boxes are clunkers.
Keeping an old myspace site up that still is all about the
former bar and it's old name is a clunker.

The biggest clunker are "Club Promoters", why can't you
promote and pack your own bar?
Why do you have to rely on people that you hardly know, barely
trust and have no intention of any long-term relationship with?

OUR BIKINI EVENT EVERY WEEK.
FINALLY SANITY IN A WORLD OF OWNERS WHO
REFUSE TO EMBRACE THE FUN AND THE WOW, AND ARE LOSING THOUSANDS, AND I
MEAN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS NIGHTLY.
THE OWNER IN QUEENS, NY WANTED TO GO ON A
RADIO STATION THAT HAS VULGAR DJS USING FILTHY LANGUAGE, WHO DOES THIS
OWNER THINK HE IS GOING TO ATTRACT TO HIS GENTLEMEN'S CLUB?
RADIO DOES NOT WORK.

WHY ARE YOU PAYING CLUB PROMOTERS?
I just don't get it.
NOT a day goes by that a Club Promoter
does not email or call me and ask me for what they call "ideas".
Because their nights are dismal,
declining and dying.
But, what I create, "THE FUN" and "THE
WOW FACTORS", are not ideas.
From every part of the USA, these so
called club promoters are experiencing a backlash from their previous
followers and crowd.
No longer will clubbers and bar patrons
accept a dj, cheap drinks and a name for the night without any
"POWERFUL PACKED PROMOTIONS".
I do not evaluate bars, I pack bars in
every region of the US and the World.
I do not have to live where your bar is
to put a line outside.
I do not even have to step foot in your
bar to have it three people deep.
I think club promoters are greedy, self
absorbed, and totally all about "them", they could care less about the
bar or the owner.
There was a beautiful club in Ohio called
"SUEDE", the Owner was a very shrewd investment adviser, but he formed
an alliance with a long time club promoter who totally destroyed his
club.
He called me on the phone, in tears, and
angry, while apologetic at the same time, that he had betrayed my
direction, and cost himself his own club.
He had to close it down.
How bad was the nightly circumstances?
So bad that the Cincinnati Police
Department were conducting Swat Maneuvers in his Parking Lot on Friday
Night, because they were so disgusted and fed up with the lack of
civility and behavior of the thugs, punks and gangsta wannabees his
club was drawing.
So, he closed down, lost close to a half
a million dollars.
He recounted to me the club promoter was
only interested in what revenue he was going to take, the dj the club
promoter brought in, played the most vile hip hop, women refused to
come to the club.
The club promoter's so called Door People
were rude, crude and totally disrespectful.
To put it in plain English this really
Gentleman of an Owner, lost total control of his own club.
Finally this club promoter cost this
Owner his club.
Yet on a daily basis with foul language
and no professionalism at all, these so called club promoters call me,
they email me, they are in a promoting panic, because they can't
create or conceptualize any kind of "FUN" or "WOW", they just don't
get it, they have no clue.
A Restaurant/Bar in Westchester pleaded
with me for the names of local club promoters, when I suggested they
present their own nights, they wanted no part of it.( I don't have any
names of so called club promoters anyway I have no FAITH NO CONFIDENCE
NO TRUST IN ANY OF THEM)
They wanted to pay a club promoter to
produce their nights.
I often wonder if Owners who say "I must
have a club promoter" , should be given drug tests, mental state
tests, before they become Owners?
How can any bar rely on a so called club
promoter a stranger, a person who casts a spell over you that you are
in OZ and they are the Wizard.
When in reality, the harsh truth is they
can't produce what they proclaim they can.
An Atlanta club promoter calls me, the
bar he is promoting at holds 200, but he can only reach the 100 patron
level on any Friday Night.
He wants " free expertise" , "he wants
free Promotions", "he wants", "he wants", "he wants".
A Los Angeles club promoter emails me "
Help, my Saturday Night is a disaster, my flyers are not working, my
texting is not helping, I am at risk
of losing the night"
Often an Owner will turn to his DJ and
assign him or a cute barmaid the responsibilities of creating and
executing the Promotions.
Wrong move.
The DJ should stick to spinning.
The Barmaid should stay behind the bar.
I study every single aspect of a bar from
it's demographics to it's economic climate to it's location.
I review the bar from the parking to the
front entrance from the bar to the rest rooms from the seating area to
the back door and every single inch of the bar in between.
A club promoter does not evaluate
anything, he brings in his own people, and then he takes over your bar
with no positive goals.
His brand of hip hop attracts the worse
element.
His lack of regard for female employees
and female patrons scares both away.

LATIN DJ OR LIVE LATIN BAND AND EXPECTED TO ATTRACT A PACKED LATIN
CROWD.
BUT THE LATIN NIGHT LIFE
MARKET HAS CHANGED, AND LATIN BAR GOERS AND CLUBBERS ARE MOST
DISCRIMINATING IN THEIR AFTER DARK PARTYING.
THEY TOO WANT "FUN" ,
"WOW" AND "IT".
YOU DO NOT NEED A LATIN
CLUB PROMOTER TO PACK YOUR BAR TONIGHT.
YOU NEED THE A TO Z ON

STYLISH LATIN NIGHT IS THE APPEAL YOU PROJECT TO ATTRACT WOMEN.
LATIN WOMEN ARE FANTASTIC

THAT CORPORATE MENTALITY AND OFFER $1 OFF.
MAKES NO SENSE.
MY FRUSTRATION AT OWNERS WHO JUST
WILL NOT TAKE THE PROMPT, SWIFT, AND
FRESH DIRECTION IS AT AN ALL TIME
HIGH, THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT OPERATING IN THE RIGHT FORMAT, THEY KNOW
