HOW MANY MORE MISTAKES CAN YOU AFFORD TO MAKE?
 
First you had the wrong DJ spinning the worse music and chasing your customers right out the door.
 
Next you booked local bands that play everywhere, that nobody, noboooooooody wanted to hear again.
 
Then you brought in a new Manager who hit on every female employee and you ended up firing him after almost your entire female staff quit or threatened to leave.
 
Let's not forget the total waste of money you spent on radio spots and newspaper ads that attracted noooooooobody.
 
How can you continue to cater to the wrong crowd, letting these patrons behave as if your bar is the wild, wild west.
 
Why not mention the club promoters who promised you the World and could not even deliver 100  people.
 
What about the cheap and free drink nights that wound up running your liquor costs sky high and leaving no cash to operate with.
 
How about the Promotions you spent a week or two promoting only to have next to nobody show up.
 
Who are these patrons your letting in who are dressed in the worse kind of clothing, yet you are so desperate for warm bodies you dropped your dress code completely.
 
Why do you take so long to make a decision to help your bar or club and in the interim, lose patrons and money.

RIGHT AWAY YOUR EITHER IMPRESSED WITH THE FEELING OF WELCOME AND EXCITEMENT, WHICH MAKES YOU WANT TO STAY AND TEXT YOUR FRIENDS TO JOIN YOU.
OR
 OR YOUR HIT WITH A LOW DOWN, NO ENTICEMENT, LACK OF ANTICIPATION & EMOTION, IN WHICH CASE YOU MAY NOT EVEN ORDER A SINGLE DRINK AND BOLT FOR THE DOOR.
WHEN A BAR OWNER IS NOT ACTIVELY EXPLORING, EXPANDING, ENLIGHTENING THEIR BAR TO REFLECT
AHEAD OF TIMES RATHER THAN BEHIND THE TIMES, YOU HAVE NO DESIRE TO SIT AT THAT BAR.
THE DAYS OF "CHEERS" WERE FINE, BUT WE ARE WAY BEYOND THOSE TIMES NOW.
IT'S MORE THEN WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME.
THIS IS A FIERCE COMPETITIVE GAME.
THERE IS SO MUCH YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH, BUT YOUR STANDING STILL IS DEVASTATING YOUR BAR AND
YOUR BOTTOM LINE.
IT'S ALL A MATTER OF "BAR CHEMISTRY".
A ONCE PROMISING BAR CAN FAST BECOME AN EMPTY ESTABLISHMENT.
THE BAR BUSINESS IS VERY SIMPLISTIC, THE PITFALLS OTHERS HAVE MADE IN THE PAST SHOULD BE LESSONS
FOR YOU TO PROFIT FROM IN THE FUTURE.
WHEN AN ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT HAS NUMEROUS BARS, YET ONLY SOME OF THEM ARE DOING BUSINESS,
HOW CAN ANY BAR OWNER SIMPLY SIT BACK AND NOT ACT?
IT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME IF YOUR A DESTINATION LOCATION OR IN THE CENTER OF THE ACTION, EITHER WAY

THERE ARE ONLY SO MANY PATRONS THAT GO OUT ON ANY GIVEN NIGHT, IF THEY ARE NOT IN YOUR BAR THEY
ARE ELSEWHERE.
WHEN I START "THE FUN" AND "THE WOW" OTHER BARS START EMPTYING OUT AND MY BAR STARTS BEING
PACKED.
THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, THIS IS NOT ABOUT GIVING AWAY THE BAR, THIS IS NOT ABOUT LETTING ANYONE
DRESSED ANY WAY IN.
THAT'S PANIC PROMOTING.
THIS IS ALL ABOUT  BEING UP HERE, RATHER THAN DOWN THERE.
HERE IS ONE EXAMPLE, A BAR WILL BRING IN A DJ, YET NOT OFFER DANCING.
WHY????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
ANY BAR CAN OFFER DANCING REGARDLESS OF IT'S LAYOUT, IT'S DESIGN OR IT'S FORMAT.
THIS IS JUST A LACK OF REACTION THAT I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND THE MISPLACED LOGIC OF.

IT'S ALL UP TO OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TO WORK TOGETHER WITH A SPECIFIC GAME PLAN TO INCREASE PATRON COUNTS, GAIN SALES IN  BAR SALES, AND AS MANY OTHER AVENUES OF INCOME FROM WITHIN THE BAR AS CAN BE CREATED.
FAR TOO OFTEN EMPTY SPACE COULD BE GENERATING CASH FLOW.
FAR TOO OFTEN IDLE HOURS COULD BE BUSY.
FAR TOO OFTEN RELYING ON SOMEBODY PUTTING MONEY IN THE TOUCH TUNES TO CREATE MUSIC DOES NOT OCCUR.
FAR TOO OFTEN BARTENDERS ARE NOT CATERING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
FAR TOO OFTEN BARS BECOME TOO BORING.
FAR TOO OFTEN BARS ALLOW VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR TO SIMPLY APPEAR WITH NO CLEANING AND NO REPAIRING.
FAR TOO OFTEN BARS IGNORE THE REAL MONEY HOURS WHICH ARE "THE PARTY HOURS".

THE FACT THE MANY NFL TEAMS ARE EXPERIENCING MAJOR DIFFICULTY IN SELLING OUT THEIR STADIUMS PRIOR TO THE 72 HOUR RULE SET BY THE NFL, IN ORDER TO AVOID A BLACKOUT OF LOCAL BROADCASTS OF THE GAMES, THE NFL SHOULD BE GIVEN A GOOD SWIFT KICK IN THE TUCHUS AND A PIE IN THE FACE FULL OF FAN SWEAT, FOR PUTTING THE BUCK BEFORE THE BALL GAME.

DOES THE NFL CARE THAT SPORTS BARS BY THE HUNDREDS COULD LOSE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS THIS SEASON DEPENDING ON HOW MANY GAMES ARE BLACKED OUT DUE TO THE FAILURE OF THE HOME TEAM TO SELL OUT BY NFL RULES?
