It's not difficult to comprehend if you would stop the same old "bar basic" of price focus beer, well drinks, which only puts your bar or club or sports bar into a mold of "Drink Despair". It's the midst of Summer, from The Ritz, to TAO, from PASHA to Hawaiian Village, do what the money makers implement.
Swim wear Fashion Events, combined with hot DJs, Cool drinks, Sizzling Foods, why not break out from the slow Summer Heat, and get Chillin n Grillin n Bikinin, Day/Night, with $5000 Sundays.
For once, try my "FORMAT", You present Style, Fashion, Panache, Upbeat, and not the same old barefoot, booty shaking sleazy contests that you are stuck on.
You will be packed, you will break all records in bar sales.
You will have beautiful Young Ladies in your Events.
You will raise the level of "FUN", "WOW" and "FAB" beyond your wildest expectations. 
Why not give each "Hot" young lady who enters, models, competes, participates in your "Swim Sinsations" a free $75 Made In The USA Bikini just for hitting the "CAT WALK"?
These lame games of corn hole, beer pong are years ago, dated and history.
If you can't draw, attract, and bring "HOT WOMEN" to your bar, your club, your sports bar, then you either have no clue, a horrible reputation, no reputation, or your just too lame and lazy.
There's no escaping the reality of  " HOT FUN N THE SUMMERTIME". There is a hotel with a bar, a pool, and an outside bar, this entire complex should be packed at least four days and nights a week with just quality locals. But the Owner lets his Wife operate the business, and it is dying.
Why do People from Michigan who move to Florida think that it's the same Food/Beverage/Music/Fun/WOW/FAB in one State as another?
It isn't.
There is a significant REBOOT, REPOSITIONING, REINVENTING that must take place when applying Formats to one area as opposed to another. Owners refuse to embrace TRANSISTION. A Study of Club Owners found that paying huge fees for personal appearances  by Reality TV Nobodies who are very well known produce next to no profits compared to a Night of Planned, Promoted, Produced "FUN", "WOW" and "FAB".
Look @ what you have planned for the next 90 days, boring, where and why would anyone want to frequent your venue?
Predictable, it's the same activity every bar, club and sports bar around you is doing.
Stale, it's been done over and over and over, yet you refuse to expand the times, choosing rather to resort to the old, been there, done that, listening to club promoters who know ZILCH. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU GO FROM "IBIZA" TO "OLD SCHOOL DISCO". WHY? YOU DON'T ROLL DICE WITH YOUR FRIDAY NIGHTS. YOU HAVE JUST TAKEN THE SOLID CORE CLUB CROWD, AND TOTALLY TURNED THEM OFF, BY NOW SPINNING DISCO AND FEATURING LIVE DISCO ACTS. YOUR JUST SEVEN MONTHS OLD. YOUR FIRST YEAR OPEN SHOULD BE A "HONEYMOON". YOU BUILD, ENERGIZE, EXCITE YOUR FRIDAY NIGHTS, YOU DON'T LISTEN TO BOOKING AGENTS, WHO HAVE ONE INTEREST, BOOKING THEIR BANDS. THIS CLUB HAS A FACEBOOK PAGE, A CLUBBER ASKED "WHY THEY WERE HOSTING A CERTAIN BAND?" THE BOOKING AGENT RESPONDED " WHY ARE YOU POSTING A NEGATIVE REMARK?" OF COURSE BOTH REMARKS WERE REMOVED FROM THE PAGE, BUT WHAT THIS CLUBBER POSTED IS WHAT HE IS TELLING FRIENDS AND OTHER CLUBBERS. INSTEAD OF RESPONDING IN A POSITIVE MANNER, THE BOOKING AGENT MADE IT PERSONAL AND SHOWED NO PROFESSIONALISM. THE WEB AND SOCIAL NETWORKING WORKS BOTH TO YOUR ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE, IF THE COMMENTS ARE LEGITIMATE AND SOUND, THEY SHOULD REMAIN, YOU NEVER CONTROL THE RIGHT OF PATRONS TO POST THEIR OPINIONS, YOU ARE NOT BEING HONEST TO YOURSELF OR FAIR TO THOSE POSTING.
THE NAME OF THIS INDUSTRY IS "THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY".

 OWNING A GENTLEMEN'S CLUB, MEANS BEING HANDS ON
TOO OFTEN, FAR TOO OFTEN, OWNERS OF GENTLEMEN CLUBS, LEAVE THE DAY TO DAY OPERATION TO A MANAGER, WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THEIR AUTHORITY.
THE TURN OVER IN MANAGEMENT OF "GENTLEMEN CLUBS" IS HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER TYPE OF NIGHT LIFE VENUE.
ONE OWNER CALLED ME AND SAID WORD FOR WORD " I ASK MY MANAGER TO MAKE SURE ONLY CERTAIN KIND OF MUSIC IS SPUN AND HE TOTALLY IGNORES ME". I ADVISED THE OWNER TO FIRE, TERMINATE THIS MANAGER ASAP.
WHY HAVE A MANAGER ON YOUR PAYROLL, WHO TOTALLY HAS NO RESPECT OR REGARD FOR THE PERSON WHO OWNS THIS GENTLEMEN'S CLUB, SIGNS HIS PAYCHECK AND GAVE HIM THE JOB?
 
A. IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BE ON SITE ALL THE TIME, THEN YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING:
CAMERAS THAT ARE ON IN THE OFFICE, AIMED AT THE SAFE, AIMED AT ALL THE CASH REGISTERS, AIMED AT THE BARS, AIMED AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE, AIMED AT ALL EXITS, AIMED AT THE LIQUOR ROOM, BASICALLY COVERING EVERY AREA OF THE CLUB.
 
B. SPOTTERS, UNKNOWN TO EVERYONE, EVEN MANAGERS, WHO COME IN SIT @ THE BAR, OBSERVE, WATCH, AND KEEP A MENTAL NOTE OF EVERY SINGLE QUESTIONABLE ACT OF CONDUCT BY EMPLOYEES. GENTLEMEN CLUB SPOTTERS ARE LIKE CIA AGENTS, THEY ARE VERY, VERY GOOD @ DISCOVERING GAMES BEING PLAYED.
 
C. CHECKING AND DOUBLE CHECKING CASH REGISTER REPORTS, CASH REPORTS, LIQUOR ORDERED, LIQUOR POURED, BRANDS POURED, KEEPING EVERY EMPTY BOTTLE FROM THE PREVIOUS NIGHT. NO THROWAWAYS.
 
FINALLY, THE REASON GENTLEMEN CLUBS ARE SUFFERING IS BECAUSE THEY REFUSE, THEY ARE IN DENIAL, THEY DON'T GET IT, THEY ARE OUT OF THE LOOP THAT REPRESENTS THE NEW "FUN", "WOW", "FAB", REALLY WORKS. THEY DON'T COMPREHEND IT, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO IMPLEMENT IT, AND THEY ARE LOSING CASH AND CUSTOMERS.
IT'S LIKE THE SAME DANCERS WEARING THE SAME OUTFITS EVERY SHIFT, NEVER CHANGING, NEVER EXCITING, IGNITING, ENTICING, JUST DANCING IN THE SAME WORN OUT, FADED, OUTDATED COSTUME.

THEY REPORTED AN ADMITTED HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT GUZZLING FROM A BOTTLE OF VODKA. 
 
THEY REPORTED TWO PATRONS IN THE REST ROOM OFFERING COCAINE TO PERFECT STRANGERS.
 
THEY REPORTED MINORS WITH IDS THAT WERE GLUED AND FALLING APART BRAGGING HOW THEY GOT IN.
 
THE OWNER OF COURSE DENIED ANY MINORS WERE IN THE CLUB AT ALL, LET ALONE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR GOING ON.
 
THEY DON'T EVEN USE SCANNERS, BUT RATHER HAND CHECK IDS, WHICH WENT OUT WITH ENRON.
 
OVER 200 TIMES, I HAVE ADVISED CLUBS & BARS, ON HOW TO CLEAN HOUSE, AND RECOVER WITH A PACKED QUALITY CROWD.
 
NOW THE NY STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY WILL INVESTIGATE AND YOU CAN BE ASSURED, THE HEAT IS ON AND RIGHTFULLY SO. IF YOUR KNOWINGLY LETTING MINORS IN, YOU ARE DESPERATE TO SIMPLY DO BUSINESS, BECAUSE THE ONLY OBJECTIVE A MINOR HAS ONCE IN A BAR OR CLUB IS TO OBTAIN AN ILLEGAL DRINK.
 
IF YOUR DOOR PERSONNEL ARE LETTING MINORS IN AND YOUR HONESTLY NOT AWARE OF IT, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS.
IF YOU CAN'T PACK YOUR BAR OR CLUB WITH 21 AND UP PATRONS, AND HOT WOMEN, THEN YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO HOST "FUN", "WOW FACTORS" AND "FAB". HOPEFULLY THIS CLUB WILL BE SHUT DOWN, THE NY POST DID A COMPREHENSIVE STORY, THEY HELD NOTHING BACK.
 
THE ARGUMENT THAT IF THEY "ARE OLD ENOUGH TO SERVE, THEY SHOULD BE OLD ENOUGH TO DRINK", MAY HAVE SOME JUST A SHOT OF AN ARGUMENT, BUT REMEMBER THIS, THOSE WHO SERVE IN OUR ARMED SERVICES VOLUNTEER, THEY DON'T GET ORDERED OR DRAFTED. THAT SHOULD NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO EVERY UNDERAGE POTENTIAL CLUBBER THE RIGHT TO SIMPLY DRINK.

WANT TO REBRAND, REINVENT, RETRANSFORM YOUR BAR OR CLUB FROM IT'S NEGATIVE REPUTATION TO A POSITIVE VIBE THAT BRINGS IN QUALITY PATRONS?
 
 
 
 Again, I REPEAT and urge you to consider this Summer, "TEEN NIGHTS". YES, they are a GOLD MINE.
 But you have too implement a ZERO TOLERANCE CONCEPT, No  flexibility, No exceptions. You have to run a very tight, very well organized, very disciplined "ENERGIZED" Night, but tolerate no foul language, no TROUBLEMAKERS either male or female.
I have created an air tight Format, but you must adhere to every single issue that I address.
Packing "TEEN NIGHTS" is not the problem, bringing in the right teens, having zero problems, those are the challenges.

I have to admit  all the clubs here are run by club promoters which is sad .

A BAR TAB, A GUEST LIST. THEY OFFER NO "FUN", NONE OF ANY KIND, THEY ATTRACT THE WORSE KIND OF PATRONS, THEY HOST NO "WOW FACTORS", THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A CLUE WHAT ONE IS.

THIS CLUB HAS A FACEBOOK PAGE, A CLUBBER ASKED "WHY THEY WERE HOSTING A CERTAIN BAND?" THE BOOKING AGENT RESPONDED " WHY ARE YOU POSTING A NEGATIVE REMARK?" OF COURSE BOTH REMARKS WERE REMOVED FROM THE PAGE, BUT WHAT THIS CLUBBER POSTED IS WHAT HE IS TELLING FRIENDS AND OTHER CLUBBERS. INSTEAD OF RESPONDING IN A POSITIVE MANNER, THE BOOKING AGENT MADE IT PERSONAL AND SHOWED NO PROFESSIONALISM. THE WEB AND SOCIAL NETWORKING WORKS BOTH TO YOUR ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE, IF THE COMMENTS ARE LEGITIMATE AND SOUND, THEY SHOULD REMAIN, YOU NEVER CONTROL THE RIGHT OF PATRONS TO POST THEIR OPINIONS, YOU ARE NOT BEING HONEST TO YOURSELF OR FAIR TO THOSE POSTING.
THE NAME OF THIS INDUSTRY IS "THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY".

ONE OWNER CALLED ME AND SAID WORD FOR WORD " I ASK MY MANAGER TO MAKE SURE ONLY CERTAIN KIND OF MUSIC IS SPUN AND HE TOTALLY IGNORES ME". I ADVISED THE OWNER TO FIRE, TERMINATE THIS MANAGER ASAP.
WHY HAVE A MANAGER ON YOUR PAYROLL, WHO TOTALLY HAS NO RESPECT OR REGARD FOR THE PERSON WHO OWNS THIS GENTLEMEN'S CLUB, SIGNS HIS PAYCHECK AND GAVE HIM THE JOB?
 
A. IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BE ON SITE ALL THE TIME, THEN YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING:
CAMERAS THAT ARE ON IN THE OFFICE, AIMED AT THE SAFE, AIMED AT ALL THE CASH REGISTERS, AIMED AT THE BARS, AIMED AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE, AIMED AT ALL EXITS, AIMED AT THE LIQUOR ROOM, BASICALLY COVERING EVERY AREA OF THE CLUB.
 
B. SPOTTERS, UNKNOWN TO EVERYONE, EVEN MANAGERS, WHO COME IN SIT @ THE BAR, OBSERVE, WATCH, AND KEEP A MENTAL NOTE OF EVERY SINGLE QUESTIONABLE ACT OF CONDUCT BY EMPLOYEES. GENTLEMEN CLUB SPOTTERS ARE LIKE CIA AGENTS, THEY ARE VERY, VERY GOOD @ DISCOVERING GAMES BEING PLAYED.
 
C. CHECKING AND DOUBLE CHECKING CASH REGISTER REPORTS, CASH REPORTS, LIQUOR ORDERED, LIQUOR POURED, BRANDS POURED, KEEPING EVERY EMPTY BOTTLE FROM THE PREVIOUS NIGHT. NO THROWAWAYS.

THEY REPORTED MINORS SMOKING HASH RIGHT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE.
 
THEY REPORTED AN ADMITTED HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT GUZZLING FROM A BOTTLE OF VODKA. 
 
THEY REPORTED TWO PATRONS IN THE REST ROOM OFFERING COCAINE TO PERFECT STRANGERS.
 
THEY REPORTED MINORS WITH IDS THAT WERE GLUED AND FALLING APART BRAGGING HOW THEY GOT IN.
 
THE OWNER OF COURSE DENIED ANY MINORS WERE IN THE CLUB AT ALL, LET ALONE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR GOING ON.
 
THEY DON'T EVEN USE SCANNERS, BUT RATHER HAND CHECK IDS, WHICH WENT OUT WITH ENRON.
 
OVER 200 TIMES, I HAVE ADVISED CLUBS & BARS, ON HOW TO CLEAN HOUSE, AND RECOVER WITH A PACKED QUALITY CROWD.
 
NOW THE NY STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY WILL INVESTIGATE AND YOU CAN BE ASSURED, THE HEAT IS ON AND RIGHTFULLY SO. IF YOUR KNOWINGLY LETTING MINORS IN, YOU ARE DESPERATE TO SIMPLY DO BUSINESS, BECAUSE THE ONLY OBJECTIVE A MINOR HAS ONCE IN A BAR OR CLUB IS TO OBTAIN AN ILLEGAL DRINK.
 
IF YOUR DOOR PERSONNEL ARE LETTING MINORS IN AND YOUR HONESTLY NOT AWARE OF IT, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN THIS BUSINESS.
IF YOU CAN'T PACK YOUR BAR OR CLUB WITH 21 AND UP PATRONS, AND HOT WOMEN, THEN YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO HOST "FUN", "WOW FACTORS" AND "FAB". HOPEFULLY THIS CLUB WILL BE SHUT DOWN, THE NY POST DID A COMPREHENSIVE STORY, THEY HELD NOTHING BACK.
 
THE ARGUMENT THAT IF THEY "ARE OLD ENOUGH TO SERVE, THEY SHOULD BE OLD ENOUGH TO DRINK", MAY HAVE SOME JUST A SHOT OF AN ARGUMENT, BUT REMEMBER THIS, THOSE WHO SERVE IN OUR ARMED SERVICES VOLUNTEER, THEY DON'T GET ORDERED OR DRAFTED. THAT SHOULD NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO EVERY UNDERAGE POTENTIAL CLUBBER THE RIGHT TO SIMPLY DRINK.

WANT TO REBRAND, REINVENT, RETRANSFORM YOUR BAR OR CLUB FROM IT'S NEGATIVE REPUTATION TO A POSITIVE VIBE THAT BRINGS IN QUALITY PATRONS?
 
 
 
 Again, I REPEAT and urge you to consider this Summer, "TEEN NIGHTS". YES, they are a GOLD MINE.
 But you have too implement a ZERO TOLERANCE CONCEPT, No  flexibility, No exceptions. You have to run a very tight, very well organized, very disciplined "ENERGIZED" Night, but tolerate no foul language, no TROUBLEMAKERS either male or female.
I have created an air tight Format, but you must adhere to every single issue that I address.
Packing "TEEN NIGHTS" is not the problem, bringing in the right teens, having zero problems, those are the challenges.

NOTHING THAT STANDS OUT, STANDS ABOVE, STANDS ALONE FROM ANY COMPETING PLACES.
 
 
 
ANOTHER MEMO TO GENTLEMEN'S CLUBS, SO YOU HAVE HOT GIRLS DANCING, BUT YOU STILL HAVE DEAD NIGHTS. WHY? BECAUSE YOUR GENTLEMEN'S CLUB IS SO BORING, SO PREDICTABLE, SO SAME OLD THING, MEN DON'T EVEN WANT TO FREQUENT YOUR CLUB.
WHAT DO YOU DO? NOTHING. YOU SIT AT YOUR BAR AND DO NOTHING. WHAT ARE YOU PREPARED TO DO TO PACK YOUR NIGHTS?
THE DAYS OF THE BASIC, BORING, BODIES ARE OVER.
EITHER YOUR GOING TO REALIZE THAT THE GENTLEMEN'S CLUB BUSINESS HAS DRAMATICALLY TRANSFORMED OR YOUR GOING TO GET DISFORMED OUT OF BUSINESS.
THE CHOICE IS YOURS, PACKED NIGHTS WITH SPENDERS OR SLOW NIGHTS WITH BARELY SOME CASH COMING IN.
 
YOUR NOT EVEN OPEN A YEAR AND YET YOUR BAR IS BARELY SURVIVING. YOU WANTED TO OPEN YOUR VERY OWN BAR, YOU WANTED TO BE THE PERSON BEHIND THE BAR, NOT THE PATRON SITTING IN THE BAR STOOL.
NOW HERE YOU ARE. YOUR BAR IS CLEAN, YOU PUT SOME MONEY NOT ALOT IN SOME INTERIOR CHANGES, YOUR NOT DRAWING BUT A VERY SMALL SHARE OF YOUR MARKET AND YOU CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY? YOUR DRINKS, BEERS ARE CHEAPER THAN ANY OTHER BAR, YOUR FEATURE LIVE BANDS WITH NO COVER CHARGE, YOU BUY ALMOST EVERYONE A COMP DRINK, YOUR THE LIFE OF THE EMPTY BAR PARTY. BUT WHAT YOUR MISSING OUT ON IS THE ESSENTIAL FUNDAMENTALS, DISCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY, CREATIVITY, ORIGINALITY. YOU HAVE NONE. YOUR THE FIRST TO TRY ANYTHING, ANYBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT, AND THE LAST TO REALIZE YOU JUST WASTED YOUR MONEY AGAIN. PLEASE, DON'T CALL ME TO TELL ME THIS IS YOU. CALL ME TO SAY " RICH WHAT DO I DO?" PLEASE DON'T CRY ON MY SHOULDER, YOU MADE THE DECISION TO OPEN, OPERATE AND OFFER THE FORMAT YOU PRESENTLY HAVE. IF YOU OWN OTHER BUSINESSES AND ARE SIMPLY STOPPING BY TO SEE HOW YOUR BAR IS DOING, YOUR INSANE IN THE BRAIN.
YOUR BEING RIPPED OFF
YOUR LOSING TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS
YOUR NERVES ARE SHOT
YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THE HALF OF WHAT IS GOING ON.
YOU HAVE NO ONE LEFT YOU CAN TRUST.
YOU ARE LETTING YOUR BAR FALL SLOWLY INTO THE  INTO THE PIT OF FAILURE.
TIME IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE, EITHER YOUR GOING TO REBRAND, REPOSITION, REINVENT OR YOUR GOING TO LOSE IT ALL. IT'S THE SUMMER, IT'S NOW OR NEVER.

      how can your pour but not offer more?
how can your bar put the overhead on the bottle and not generate cash flow from "the lite bites" @ nite?
how can you keep serving your regulars, but not build on them to the next level?
how can you have such unprofessional bar staff?
how can you hang more beer neons than your own name up?
how can you let your bar smell, look and be a dive?
why can't you bring in a great crowd from 7pm to 10pm then transform into the late night party people till closing?
