The majority of club promoters create Hip Hop Nights, without any dress code, without any required action taken to wand down patrons and search handbags.
Without any zero tolerance for bad behavior, without sufficient Door Personnel and interior Security.
Demanding Guest Lists, Bar Tabs, and yet Owners for reasons I cannot understand or fathom, tolerate all of this nonsense, thinking they are going to make money, when in fact their club gets destroyed, both physically and reputation wise, the local Law Enforcement develops a real dislike for the club, and your Club Promoter is nowhere to be found.

MY RESPONSE: TOM, The best Expertise I can give you is based on my assessment of your

When a bar/club makes a 100% change it means that such a drastic action was required for the sake of doing business. In order to insure that you are creating the right atmosphere, with the ENERGY at the bar, at the seating areas, the VIP Section, the Dance Floor, behind the bar, over the entire interior, the entrance, the exterior. Too often owners spend way too much money and find they have no funding left for marketing, for promotions, for the "LAUNCH". Tom, I strongly advise you to cut your spending and barter out a lot of the pending work, why pay cash, when you can pay in trade, bar tabs, food tabs for services and products you need to do your REVAMP?
Do not waste money on radio, it does not work, if you have run radio spots, where are the Crowds?
If you have placed newspaper or magazine ads, where are the Crowds?
For this REMAKE, use marketing paths, that I provide you with.
You will learn that mastering marketing is critical to your bar/club doing business.
