Hey There Rich,
My name is  Edward, and I frequent a bar that I like in _________. I don't have time to draw this out but I know and am friends with the owners.... the biggest problem... no ladies or hit or miss nights with the ladies.... my battery is about to die so I'm keeping this short and sweet... please contact me back bc they have tried to bring in the ladies but are unsuccessful... they need a breakthrough miracle there is more to touch base on but he wants just like I and many of the male patrons who attend to have more ladies...not none... this place doesn't exactly need bar rescue just some restructuring.

MY RESPONSE AND FURTHER DISCUSSION:
  Hi Edward, your Owner should have filled out the form on my site, so simple, so easy. http://www.promotingnightclubs.com/contact.htm I ask a few questions of basic in nature, so I can analyze what the issues are and how to resolve them. But, I shall respond to your generic email in the basic form.
I don't rescue bars, I "INVIGORATE", Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Gentlemen Clubs, Sports Bars, Bar & Grilles, Lounges, Country Bars, I even take "dive bars" and transform them.
  You can't have a Bar with a "hit or miss inconsistent track record with attracting ladies".
A Bar Owner can't rely on Friends to help him turn his Bar around, he has to want to. Too many Bar Owners place ego ahead of Expertise.
If he knew how to attract beautiful Women on a consistent basis, he would  not be burdened with facing slow nights, having Women not view his Bar in the most favorite of perceptions.
It could be his Male Clientele, it could be his own Bar Staff, his Decor, his Music, his Atmosphere, the DJ, the same local Band, I mean take your pick.
Women today in 2015 are very picky and choosy where they go to enjoy a cocktail and to dance.
They want a stylish room, with very friendly staff, and a quality crowd, with music that draws them to the dance floor.
The problem is, too many Owners don't know how to have all these elements pumped up and packing their bar.
When a Bar Owner's Friend seeks my Expertise, rather than the Bar Owner, it's often because the Owner is in denial.
Why your Friend would rather suffer than Soar in 2015 is beyond me.

Because Women are the key to every bar, club, lounge, Sports Bar, Gentlemen's Club, Country Bar, even Dive Bars. If Women are not coming in, your Bar has major challenges. 
I created 12 High Profile, High Energy Concepts, that one club hosted, after using my "Massive Marketing Mania" approach, and on a Thursday Night over 250 Women showed up.
Yes, there was a "Spotlighted" Drink, but the Night was all about what the Club was doing, not the pricing.
Women today are very stylish, very Savvy, very Smart, very Seeking.
They want to be Super Satisfied with the Night.
You host this night for six to eight weeks.
I will never understand "Ladies Drink Free", "Ladies Drink Half Price", "Ladies, $1 Drinks", why do you have to get Women loaded in order to have them even consider patronizing your place?
This reeks of "Bar Begging".
I am only as good as my "Word", and my "Word" is what makes me "SOLID".
While you are so concerned with paying the rent, the electric, the insurance, the payroll, my only focus is on packing your place.
But with Quality Guests.
You want to own a "dive bar", good for you.
No thanks, don't want that caliber of customer.
No thanks, don't want that reputation.
No thanks, don't want anything to do with such a bar.
I have taken "Dive Bars", shaken them to their core into "Dynamic Bars", but it takes 1000% blood, sweat, tears and commitment.
let me ask you a simple question going into 2015, aren't you tired of being the last place People think of going to, the place that nobody has the "Buzz" about, the place that is sinking fast?
Then, why not stop the downward spiral, and SOAR?

Your Friend does not need a miracle, he needs to STOP, Listen, IMPLEMENT, instead of losing customers, losing revenue, losing employees, and end up closing down.
Because if your going to sell your bar, you sell it when it's packed, not when it's empty.
Often the books are cooked, it's seeing crowds, watching drinks being poured, that's what proves to potential owners that your place is worth the price.
And a Bar, Club, Sports Bar, Bar & Grill, Ultra Lounge, that doesn't have
at least 60% WOMEN is a place attracting the wrong CROWD.

 IT'S 2015 BRING YOUR BAR UP TO DATE!
   OK, Bar Owners, Club Owners, Gentlemen Club Owners, Sports Bar Owners, Bar & Grill Owners, Restaurants with Nightlife Owners, it's 2015 and your "BAR" is so far behind the times, and the worse of it is, YOU KNOW IT TOO!!!!
So what are you prepared to do????
You have no Drink Menu
You have no Signature Drink
You have no Xtreme Bottle Service
You have no "BAR FUN".
You have no Bells and Whistles on your Dance Floor.
Your DJ is still in a booth, (Tear that booth down)
Your DJ dresses down , instead of up.
Your DJ still curses on the mic.
Your DJ continues to use the words "hip hop" ( a Major NO , NO )
Your Bar Staff, Cocktail Servers have no upbeat uniforms.
Your Front Door is manned by a Football Player instead of a Cheerleader.
Your Manager is too busy hitting on both Female staff and Female Guests, than actually doing his job.
Your Interior is outdated, the life span tops, is three years.
Your Exterior is hideous.
Your Rest Rooms look like those in a Frat House.
Your Sound System is Soundless.
Your Floor, Walls, are disgusting.
Your Staff , You the Owner curse too much, NONE there should be NONE.
Your wasting money on Radio, Print Ads, Flyers, Club Promoters, if all these marketing parts worked, you would be packed.
You have no club how to Master Social Media Marketing.
You let new competing bars and clubs open and take all your biz.
Your Sign that is the first eye connection People have with your bar, look at the burnt out lights, look at the faded plastic, look at the cheesy letters, look at the much needed paint on the pole.
Isn't it about time, 2015 , that you opened your Mind and used your Energy to Enrich yourself?

Rich, Here is our Face Book Page, I inherited this bar, it has been in our family for 25 years I have owned it for 3 years and I can't pack it. Please help, Barbara

MY RESPONSE: BARBARA, You need to take a 25 year old bar and put up your own web site, for starters.
You have no blueprint for how to format, market, replace, renew, refresh, reinvent, reinvigorate this Family owned Bar.
Your not bringing in fresh new employees.
Your not giving anyone a reason to frequent this bar.
As I have said over and over " It's too predictable, stale, and boring".
Put yourself in your Community's Night lifer's Place, why should they come into the same old bar, with the same old faces, with nothing to "FUN THEM", "FAB THEM" or "WOW THEM".
All you did was take over but not OVER TAKE this bar.
Millennials want CHANGE.
Why do you think Craft Beers are doing over $1billion and Still going UP, UP, UP,?
You did nothing with your outside Patio, which is right now a GOLD MINE through Labor Day Weekend.
Your screens are too old, and not huge flat screens, which are on sale the entire month of January, because of Super Bowl.
You have no new Fresh liquor Brands, no infused drinks.
Barbara, your Family has simply put you to do what has been done for 25 years, and those days are OVER.
You refuse to embrace the NEW and remain with the OLD.

   And in case you think Hotmail was some fluke of the tech bubble, let me remind you that a few years later, Google launched Gmail—now the dominant free e‐mail service—with essentially the same growth hacking strategies. First Google built a superior product. Then it built excitement by making it invite‐only. And by steadily increasing the number of invites allowed to its existing user base, Gmail spread from person to person until it became the most popular, and in many ways the best, free e‐mail service.
Enormous services launched from tiny but incredibly explosive ideas.
That is how the Internet and Individual Platforms have had successful launches.
These types of applications when modified to fit Nightclub Social Media Marketing, will also Soar, when launched specifically to the demographics you are targeting.
But don't use "Blanket Platforms" that reach Boomers that you are not looking to attract.
While you continue to use Gmail, Face Book, you totally ignore having your own web site, implementing the other 8 Strategic Social Media High Impact Forms.
Take SUPER BOWL for example, you should have it sold out a week before the game.
You should empty out Hooters, your local sports bars, the usual viewing hot spots, just by being relentless on defense and Off the map on offense.
But, it takes planning, lots of it, promoting loads of it, presenting Let The Game Begin!!!!
I see a Sports Bar with a huge banner "20 Wings, Pitcher of Beer, $25".
SO WHAT?
Then a mile away, I see another huge banner "20 Wings, Pitcher of beer $20."
SO WHAT?
WHO CARES?
if you were doing so well, you would not be panic promoting with Wings and a Pitcher that is offered at no "Head Turning Deal".
If your lost, if you are doing anything and everything to do business, if you notice a sudden decline in your revenue and crowd count, if you see less women coming in, if you are feeling overwhelmed by what your paying out, and what is coming in, stop wasting time, stop spending money on what does NOT work, stop having panic attacks and pity parties, very simple, very easy, email RichUnger@promotingnightclubs.com
If your a totally negative person with no ability to be positive, aggressive, and take back your nights, that's a shame, but you are fed up with your competition being packed, then it's time to ACT.

HOW DARE YOU DISHONOR OUR YOUNG MEN WHO FIGHT FOR THIS GREAT NATION, BY TELLING THEM THEY CAN'T COME INTO YOUR BAR, UNLESS THEY ARE 21, BUT WOMEN WHO ARE 18 AND UP CAN.
YOUR A DISGRACE TO THIS INDUSTRY.
YOU SLAP OUR HEROIC MEN  IN THE FACE.

YOU ONLY WANT TO EXPLOIT THESE YOUNG GIRLS, WHO CAN'T DRINK, BUT SOMEHOW, SOME WAY THEY ALMOST ALWAYS MANAGE TO OBTAIN AN ILLEGAL DRINK.
IF YOU CAN'T SHOW RESPECT TO OUR YOUNG MEN WHO RISK THEIR LIVES FOR THIS GREAT NATION, BUT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG UNDER AGE GIRLS, YOU SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS.
IF YOU CAN'T ATTRACT ENOUGH LEGAL AGE WOMEN, IT'S BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO COME IN.
NO YOUNG LADY WANTS TO SEE HER LITTLE SISTER IN THE SAME BAR OR CLUB SHE IS AT MIDNIGHT.
