It's Official, "SPRING BREAK" is here. But don't settle for beer guzzling, rude, out of control Spring Breakers.
Cater to,and Target the Quality Crowd.
I have always attracted, the cream of the Student Bodies.
First, I seek out the most beautiful, and stunning College Females.
But not with free or cheap drinks, no way.
I offer them "FUN", "WOW" and "FAB", that's what they want.
They can buy their own drinks, or better yet, any one of them, can have a Male Student, buy a drink for them.
I roll out "Spring Break Challenges For Them To Take".
These Students are on the clock, the only have "X" amount of time, before it's OVER for them and the next wave comes in.
So what you want is to create "WOW" that Social Media takes off with.
Thus, no need for flyers in windows, for club promoters, for all the bar begging that goes on.
You WANT the College after College Crowd coming to you for what your doing.
They want in !!!!!

THEN, YOU SPENT WAY TOO MUCH MONEY ON FAR TOO LITTLE LIGHTING EFFECTS. I WATCHED YOUR ONLINE VIDEO, THERE IS NOTHING IN LIGHTING OVER YOUR DANCE FLOOR THAT EVEN REMOTELY SAYS "WOW".

FINALLY, YOUR CLUB HAS A HORRIBLE REPUTATION.
YOUR FACE BOOK PAGE LOOKS LIKE A WAR ZONE.
YOU HAVE NO MAIN WEB SITE.
YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE IS ZERO.
YOU HAVE ONLY 1 GRAND OPENING.
YOU RUINED YOURS.
JOE, UNFORTUNATELY, UNLESS YOU HAVE A FRESH NEW GAME PLAN, MARKETING PATH, AND SET OF STRATEGIES, YOUR GOING TO END UP CLOSING THIS CLUB.

MIAMI, FLA. "SEASONS 52" A DARDEN RESTAURANT CHAIN, IS NAMED IN AN AGE DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT.

THE USEEOC FILED THE LAWSUIT.

IT CLAIMS "SEASONS 52" ENGAGED IN A NATIONWIDE PATTERN OR PRACTICE OF GENDER DISCRIMINATION IN HIRING HOURLY EMPLOYEES.

The EEOC's lawsuit, alleges, that since at least 2010, "Seasons 52" has been discriminating against a certain group of applicants for multiple positions, including servers, hosts and bartenders. The suit says the chain failed to hire applicants who were 40 years old or older, when opening new restaurants.

According to the lawsuit "Seasons 52" management hiring officials, would travel to new restaurant openings to oversee the staffing.
They would quietly say who to hire and who to deny a job to.

Older, unsuccessful applicants across the nation, were given varying explanations for their failure to be hired, including, "too experienced", the restaurant's desire for a youthful image", "looking for fresh employees" and telling applicants that "Seasons 52" wasn't looking for old white guys". 

Age discrimination, violates the Age Discrimination In Employment Act, aka ADEA.

The EEOC filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida after first attempting to reach a pre-litigation settlement through its conciliation process.
The agency seeks monetary relief for applicants denied employment because of their age, the adoption of strong policies and procedures to remedy and prevent age discrimination by Seasons 52, and training on discrimination for its managers and employees.
Orlando-based Darden currently owns and operates 43 Seasons 52 restaurants in 18 states.
Of these, 35 have opened since 2010.
All Darden had to do, was agree to make it right, compensate, hire those it has been discriminating against, and other stipulations in the "Pre Litigation Settlement".
This would have been resolved, the entire matter.
Instead, total arrogance, Darden, now runs up legal fees, and puts the focus and negative publicity on it's unfair hiring practices that are alleged, rather than on it's fresh food and service.
Darden is the same Company, that a stockholder's battle resulted in the INVESTMENT BANKING Company acquiring the Company.
Then, selling "RED LOBSTER" and attempting to retool "OLIVE GARDEN" per the new Powers in control of the company.
The new "Olive Garden" TV Spots are no different than the previous ownership group's TV Spots.
The problem with Investment Companies taking over Restaurant Chains is, they don't understand The Restaurant Chain Culture, nor, how to resolve Federal Allegations without going to court.

THERE'S TOO MUCH NOISE FROM YOUR PLACE.
Not a week goes by, that an Owner does not contact me about the noise his venue is projecting so loud, the residential neighbors are calling law enforcement.
What should he or she do?
Simple, noise issues are primarily from bands, sometimes from DJs, but again from bands.
The solutions are not inexpensive but very effective.
First, I have to see the actual layout of the room, so that I can note the positioning of the band, the speakers, their direction? 
Second, I need to know what the walls and ceiling consist of construction material wise?
Third, I need to know, how far away the complaints are coming from?
Fifth, I need to know the "Volume Setting", the Soundboard, and their physical location.
Sixth, I will research your local noise ordinances.
Seventh, I will provide you with Solutions.
This is not Rocket Science, it's simply coming to terms with unwanted noise, and law enforcement visits, with possible violations, resulting in fines or worse.

 WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN
 This Spring Break,
Don't serve any Young Lady or Young Man with a questionable Driver's License.
Does the picture match exactly?
Does the person know the date of birth right off the bat?
Does the person's signature match that on the License?
Does the person look old enough, act old enough?
Don't risk your liquor license. Don't risk fines, sanctions, court actions, a Black Mark against your license, being written up and reported on all medias.
No matter how pretty the Female is, no matter how Tall the Male is. Don't make the mistake. DON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN.
ANY BARTENDER WHO VIOLATES YOUR NO BENDING THE RULES POLICIES, GETS FIRED ON THE SPOT.
YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MINORS? EMAIL RichUnger@promotingnightclubs.com because just issuing wrist bands is not going to prevent minors from drinking, when you allow them in along with legal age customers.
It's not worth their cover charge money.
