MARCH 2015 - BAR OWNERS NO MORE KARAOKE, LOCAL BANDS!
How many more Karaoke Nights can you host, with just the same usual crowd, who spend very little?
How many more times, can you book the same local bands, that you can't even charge a cover for, and who draw the band's small following?
Most Bar Owners don't have a clue, what the number 1 download is, what the #1 TV Show is on Cable and Mainstream TV, what the #1 Movie @ the Box Office is.
All Bar Owners know, is what's in their comfort zone.
They do not want to dare venture into the World Of "WOW" unknown.
I have never seen so many Bars with such great potential with Owners who just refuse to listen to those who know more than they do.
I had a Club Manager on the East Coast, he didn't want my Expertise, but his Owner did.
After he received my "EXPERT DIRECTION", this Club Manager called me, and his exact words were " Rich, My Grandfather once told me, just when you think you know it all, you meet someone who really does. I tip my hat to you Rich".

You can deny it, defend it, but "KARAOKE" is dead.
Oh sure, people will always get on stage and make jokes of themselves, after a few drinks.
But is that what you really want for your bar one night a week?
The same people who spend next to nothing.
They are not interested in your bottom line, just their night of "Karaoke".
Change the format, have a packed night, without "Karaoke" and make serious cash flow.
Ever hear of "Drink , Dance & Romance " Night? This is the new Format, that brings in Beautiful Women, but no Ladies Night.
This is your new Format, that brings in Men who spend, but no cheap drinks.
This is the Night you never ever thought of, but that will double if not triple your current revenue and bottom line.
Why do you allow your local bands to dress below, beneath your own Dress Code for Guests?
Why do you allow your local bands to play everywhere in your area, so over saturated and overexposed, that you can't even charge a cover charge to pay for their performances, that you have to place the burden of their fee on your bar?
Why do you allow your local bands to not be required to learn at least four to five new songs and material, before they come back?
Sure they have their small cadre of followers, but they don't drink enough, don't spend enough, and only care about their fave band member.
When local bands drink onstage, dress like slobs, curse on stage, what kind of band is worth paying a penny to?
Bars that are so proud to say "NEVER A COVER" are foolish. Sure they make get in a crowd, but keep in mind the first $700. $800. up to $1200 or more comes right from the bar's cash registers.
Let those Owners calculate their liquor and beer costs.
let them weigh this POLICY against bringing in Quality Bands that justify a Cover Charge.
There is a method to the madness of implementing a Cover Charge.
You just don't ask for one, with some big ex Football Player at your door, totally wrong approach.
This business requires consistency, quality, Energy, Fun, Creativity, WOW, FAB, but too many Owners ignore these Vital Dynamics.
Your Bar is "BORING", and you know it.
You've become COMPLACENT and you know it.

As an Owner you have the POWER to "INVIGORATE" your bar, your sports bar, your gentlemen's club, your bar & grille, your nightclub, your beach club, your restaurant, your lounge, your hotel bar, your hotel pool bar, it's all in your hands. This is the time TO ACT !
Right now, you can do what you should have done, but never have done.
This is not about a rescue, it's all about a REDIRECT of your Marketing, your Format, your Strategies.
This is focused on generating as much income for you as possible, with the least amount of overhead, headaches, and DRAMA.

But................................it was time for a change, and Jimmy Fallon took over.
All of a sudden, Fallon, took the show to it's highest ratings in years. Why? Because of his talent, his writing team, his own genius. He is now the face, ,mind, body, soul, of "THE TONIGHT SHOW", and he owns it. He carved out a new niche, that is all embracing.
He of course brings on aging Actors & Actresses, but he also features up and comers. His games are so unique, that one is going to become it's own TV Show.
That is what you are missing bar, club, restaurant, sports bar, gentlemen's club, bar & grille Owner.
You refuse to accept change, so you suffer.
Your numbers start to sink.
You let another bar open down the street and take your business.
You thought some club promoter would pack your bar or club, but it was a nightmare.
You dropped the cover, thinking People would flock to your place, but few came.
Look, It costs at least $10 to see a Movie.
You mean to tell me, you can't even charge $5 at your door?
You mean to tell me, you have to give Ladies Free Drinks?
You mean to tell me, you let minors in, just because you need their Cover Charge, and then have to monitor to insure they don't drink?
ARE YOU FOR REAL?
Look, it's time to stop the madness, the insanity and above all the loss of cash flow.

Why Do You Let So Many Money Making Holidays, Events, Celebrations, just go by, without capitalizing on them? I have never seen so many Banquet Halls that are not booked, go empty on Nights, they should be generating thousands and thousands of dollars.
I cannot understand why so many Gentlemen Clubs, do the same format, with Lap Dancing, The Champagne Room, but they offer no "WOW FACTORS", same old Pole Dancing Performers, that change weekly, because they are not making any $.
Gentlemen Club Owners are also in the same rut, week in, month out. They are not innovative, they are not creative, they are not leading, they simply follow the other Gentlemen Clubs into the abyss.
I realize it's all about maximizing how much a Gentlemen spends when he patronizes a Gentlemen's Club, but what these Owners don't grasp is, these Gentlemen will spend twice as much, triple as much if they were given the "WOW".
So these Gentlemen Clubs start to show "Wear & Tear", because the Owners lose interest. The Smell, the Dust, the Worn out furniture, the Disgusting Rest Rooms, The Unappealing Front Entrance, the Chipped Paint, torn carpet, COME ON. Turn this Gentlemen's Club AROUND. I luv packed "Gentlemen Clubs" that stand far Above all the others in their area.
Don't let your Gentlemen's Club turn in a "Slob's Club".
