I use the "Richie Right" STRATEGY on Bars, Restaurants, Clubs, it's all about doing what no other competitor is.

You need to romance the "CRAFTS", with branding,marketing, promoting, advertising, maximizing all Social Media Platforms, tying in with the "Craft Beer Breweries" who are more receptive to supporting you than the Big Beers, because "Craft Beers" pose the greatest threat to the Usual Suspect Brands, than ever before in their history. When you have a knowledgeable, insightful Bartender, Female, Preferably who knows Craft Beers from Label to Brewery, you will increase your Craft Beer Sales, ten fold. That's right "TEN FOLD". You have "WORLD OF BEER" growing by Taps and Kegs. To compete, form alliances with local and State Wide Craft Brewers. Feature these "CRAFTS", Promote these "CRAFTS".
Combine Music, Art, Fashion, and these "CRAFTS" locally brewed and State Wide Breweries, to host huge Events that are held both inside and outside your venue.
Cater to Women. Women who don't drink the usual Big Beer Names, are far more receptive to tasting, trying and tying in to a new Craft that has a unique taste, far different than just "Suds".
Promotions are vital to being successful with Local and State Craft Beers. You don't just order these beers, hang one of their Posters and expect to have a built in market.

 Remember all the Thunder that "CHIPOTLE" caused. Now it's "SHAKE SHACK", they are the new "HOT SPOT", in the industry.
Why isn't it YOU?
Who does "SHAKE SHACK" hire Potential Employees that are "Warm", "Friendly", "Motivated", "Caring", "Self Aware", and above all "Intellectually Curious".
You see these traits in the Customer Service Experience customers are given at "Shake Shack".
Can you say the same in your Single Bar, Club, Restaurant, Gentlemen's Club, Sports Bar, Bar & Grille, Comedy Club???????
Starting wage is $10 an hour and goes up based on increased performance.
This is how you find Good/Great Employees vs "Mediocre" go through the motions workers. The more Management and Ownership do the tasks of their employees, they gain respect, admiration and a better job performance by the Employees as well. It's the Owners who think they are above the very tasks that generate their revenue, that often fail flat on their face.
