AUGUST 2015 - BARS WHY NOT CAPITALIZE ON MOVIES?

 There have been no less than a dozen movies so far this year, that on a Wednesday Night, your bar should of, could have, generated over $5000 in revenue, but, you did NOTHING to do so.
WHY NOT?
THIS IS THE YEAR THE BIGGEST GROSSING MOVIE OF ALL TIME ABOUT DINOSAURS REACHED OVER $1BILLION FASTER THAN ANY OTHER MOVIE IN HISTORY.
What I will never understand is why Bar, Club, Gentlemen, Sports Bars, Bar & Grille Owners let so many potential power promotional opportunities just pass by, without capitalizing on them.
 You include:
Decor
Drink Menu
Craft Beers
Specific Music
Video
Special Effects
Costumes for Patrons
Costumes for Employees
Movie Merchandise for Sale or Raffle
IF THE MOVIE IS A SEQUEL OR PART OF PREVIOUS MOVIES YOU SHOULD SHOW THEM ON YOUR SCREENS AND PLAY THE SOUNDTRACK FROM THE LATEST MOVIE
YOU SHOULD BE HOSTING THE EVENTS BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
YOU SHOULD BE COOKING AND SETTING UP POP UP BARS OUTSIDE
YOU SHOULD BE RENTING OUT CABANAS.
YOU SHOULD BE SETTING UP VERY SPECIAL EXTREME VIP AREAS
USING STANCHIONS TO PROVIDE ADDED PRIVACY.
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU HELD ONE OF THESE MAJOR, MASSIVE, MONUMENTAL EVENTS??????????

DON'T LET AUGUST COST YOU MONEY RATHER THAN MAKE YOU MORE CASH THAN LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT.
 IT TAKES MORE THAN JUST WORD OF MOUTH.
AT LEAST A FULL MONTH OF SOCIAL MEDIA ADVANCE MARKETING AS WELL AS IN HOUSE AND MAIN STREAM MEDIA. BUT NO RADIO, NO NEWSPRINT THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR. MANIPULATE THE MAIN STREAM MEDIA, DON'T PAY FOR IT.

But not a week before your Promotion, it's WAY too late. When I ask Bar and Club Owners why they ignore the obvious, they have no logical response,other than laziness. It adds an entirely new dimension to your atmosphere, it expands your image, it boosts employee morale, it brings out an element of "FUN" and "WOW" you normally never ever feature.
But for some reasoning I cannot understand, you just think patrons are going to flock through the doors and dine, drink, and then leave for another venue that is giving them exactly what you should be, but your not. Your Spouse unless they have 40 years in Restaurant/Nightclub/Sports Bar/Gentlemen's Club Management, unless they have 30 years in Media, Marketing, Promotions, Advertising, have won over a dozen ADDY Awards, appeared on over 20 National and International TV Shows, unless they have worked seven nights a week for four years in clubs, unless they have worked two years in the kitchen, unless they have promoted over 300 Fashion Events, Contests, Concepts, Parties, Celebrations, Gatherings, Happenings, unless they have produced over 30 TV Spots with storyboards, voice overs, special effects, and on and on, they do not have the Experience to make your venue a success. More Marriages and Partnerships are destroyed because of a total lack of the above. First and Foremost what do you know?

The Draft Drinker is most likely to be Male, 25-44 years of age, educated with a secondary degree, earning more than $75,000 a year, a home owner as well, according the online responses.

The Bottle Drinker is more likely to be a woman between 25-44 years olds, educated with some college, a Parent or Homeowner who earns between 25k and 75k year. Again based on online responses.

Finally, The Can Beer Fan is a Male between 35-65 years of age, This Demographic is often less educated, with 57% having a GED or some College years, but no degrees. And an earning range between less than 25k to 50k.

  So, there you have a snap shot of whom you are reaching out to, with what type of forms of beer you are serving.

IF YOU ARE HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS, DON'T WAIT FOR A TV SHOW TO HAVE IT'S HOST SHOW UP, EMAIL OR CALL ME. I DON'T CURSE, I DON'T SCREAM, AND I DON'T BERATE PEOPLE.
THIS SHOW WILL NOT BE ON FOR MANY MORE SEASONS, IT HAS GROWN OLD AND TIRESOME.
YOU LEARN NOTHING.
YOU WANT TO KNOW THIS BUSINESS, THEN LIVE IT, BUT DON'T NEGLECT YOUR CHILDREN OR YOUR WIFE OR HUSBAND.
DON'T DO DRUGS, DON'T DRINK AT YOUR BAR, AND GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY SHOW LEADERSHIP NOT LAZINESS.
AND REMEMBER CHANGING THE NAME, PAINTING THE BAR, WILL NOT GENERATE BUSINESS.
