I don't care if the "Dive Bar" down from you is packed nightly, let em have that crowd.
It's time for you to turn bland into blast.

Stop bar begging, Stop panic promoting, Stop!
"PREMIUM" is the new direction to go.
You want Beautiful Women and the Men who spend, then give them reason after reason to frequent your Establishment, than somewhere else.
Why would an Upscale Restaurant with a bar, let their dining patrons simply dine and leave, instead of transforming into a Night Life Adventure @ 10pm and take in another $8000 on the Weekend Nights?
I have taken dozens and dozens and dozens of Upscale Restaurants with bars, shown them the path to "Premium Profits' by remaining Upscale, but catering to the Quality Night Life Crowd.
But, you would rather close your kitchen at 10pm or 11pm and go home on Weekends. In this day and age,when every bar, club, restaurant, is fighting to stay open, to pay the rent, to pay their overhead, you just keep going in the wrong direction, because your scared. Fear is such a wasted emotion in this business.
I am a Relentless, Tenacious, Consistent Winner, and I cannot explain those who choose to suffer rather than SOAR?
THERE'S NO ROOM FOR BAR ERRORS & MISTAKES!
IT'S' now one of the worse Months of the entire year.
September is one Month you do not want to remember, unless, unless you make it a "GREAT MONTH".
You can't afford any Bar Errors.
A. Over Buying Liquor,Beer & Wines that won't sell, but that the Salesmen push on you.
B. Keeping Staff on, that are late to work, use their cellphones during their shifts,take smoke breaks while they have customers, don't dress or keep their personal appearances up to quality standards.
C. Letting your Atmosphere appear dirty, run down, torn furniture, burnt out light bulbs, soda guns with grime, beer taps that are filthy.
D. DJs that drink during work, that dress like slobs, that curse on the mic, that have friends in the booth, while working.
E. Bands that play the same songs every time they play your bar.
F. Staff that does not dress in the same uniform, instead of street clothes.
G. Banners hung all over the walls, along with beer neon signs, take them all down.
H. Your outside Sign Pole needs painting
I. Your Bathrooms are not fit for Jungle Animals.
J. Having beaten, worn, floors and carpets.
K. Letting Glass and Mirror be filled with smears, hand prints, and look hideous.
L. Using old, stained, unfit for service, MENUS.
M. Tolerating loud, cursing, abusive Kitchen Staff.
N. Retaining a Manager who is totally ineffective, sets no example of leadership, regard, respect, for Staff, for the Establishment itself, for the Owner.
O. Not planning Promotions, that you start marketing, branding a FULL 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
P. Not collecting email addresses both online and in person.
Q. Not maximizing "TEXTING" to it's full Potential.
R. Letting your competition walk all over you.
S. Not spending six days a week, ten hours a day in your Food and Beverage or Beverage only Establishment.
T. Holding your own Pity Parties, because you have given up.
U. Watching Bar Reality Shows that teach you nothing, but that you enjoy, because you know very well, that is you, that is being yelled at, cursed at, and berated.

X. Wasting money on worthless marketing, branding, advertising that will not even pay for itself.
Y. Not taking advantage of Theme Nights for every Holiday that comes along.
Z. Not opening on Sunday Nights, when Monday is a legal Holiday, and you should be open.

Time For Nightclub Drones
First, your ceiling has to be SUPER HIGH, I mean "HIGH".
Second, you need a "Bells & Whistle" Camera installed inside designed "DRONE".
You want to have your projection Screens and Flat Screens be far more vital to your night life presentation than ever before.
The Confetti is over done,, the LED Lighting is everywhere, but the "IN THE CLUB, DANCING DRONE or DRONES are a "FIRST".
You do need a very high ceiling. But the Media Exposure is worth the price of the DRONE, the camera mounted on it, the remote control. Pumpkin Beers came out of nowhere, and now their sales are cutting up, up, up.They created an overall Craft Beer Sales of 125,000 cases into last year's 300,000 case improvement.During the Season, Pumpkin Beer outsold even India Pale Ale.For the year, Craft Beer Sales rose 20% or to $14.3 billion, up from $11.9 billion.So, competition for Pumpkin Beer Sales has led to brewers getting their offerings rolled out earlier this year. So, dozens of pumpkin beers are hitting the market.Traditionally Pumpkin Ales have been Dark, orange-ish, amber ales or brown ales.Brewers are expanding Pumpkin Possibilities. YOU MAY HAVE TO inform, converse, educate your customers about "Pumpkin Beers", but once they try one, they are "Pumpkin Heads" forever.
WHAT DO YOUR LIQUOR, BEER, ENERGY DRINK, SYSCO, AND THE REST OF YOUR VENDORS DO YOU FOR YOU, BESIDES TAKE YOUR MONEY?
WHY DON'T THEY PARTICIPATE IN EVERY ELEMENT OF YOUR OPERATION ON A DAILY BASIS.
IF YOUR SALESMAN WON'T OFFER, GO OVER THEIR HEAD TO THE SALES MANAGER, OR THE OWNER OF THE LOCAL VENDOR.
ASK THEM WHY THEY DON'T OFFER, WHY THEY DON'T APPRECIATE, WHY THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING TO BETTER YOUR BUSINESS?
I RECENTLY HAD A 10,000 SQ FT CLUB, ASK ME WHY THEY WERE NOT RECEIVING ANY POS, ANY BANNERS, ANY SPONSORSHIP, ANY SALES MANAGERS STOPPING IN TO SHAKE HANDS AND OFFER SUPPORT?
I MADE ONE PHONE CALL TO EACH OF THIS CLUB'S VENDORS, TOLD THEM ALL, WHAT I EXPECTED FROM THEM AND THAT I WANTED A PERSON WITH AUTHORITY TO SHOW UP, INTRODUCE THEMSELVES AND OFFER EXACTLY WHAT I SUGGESTED.
EVERYONE OF THEM SHOWED UP IN THE SAME WEEK, SOME ON THE SAME DAY.
I MAKE IT HAPPEN. I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOUR FACING.
IT'S A FOOD AND BEVERAGE WAR OUT THERE.
IT'S MORE THAN JUST PRICE.
IT'S MORE THAN JUST QUALITY.
IT'S MORE THAN JUST GOOD SERVICE.
IT'S MORE THAN JUST YOUR PRESENTATION.
IT'S MORE THAN JUST YOUR ATMOSPHERE.
IT'S WHAT YOUR MISSING, WHAT YOU CAN'T SEE, BECAUSE YOUR WAY TOO CLOSE TO THE PROBLEMS YOU FACE, TO HONESTLY STAND BACK AND SEE THEM UPFRONT AND PERSONAL.
BUT ME, I CAN SEE EVERYTHING.
THESE ARE THE MONEY MONTHS, YOU DON'T GIVE UP, YOU DO JUST THE OPPOSITE, YOU GIVE IN AND POWER UP YOUR PROMOTIONS, YOUR MARKETING, YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA, YOUR BRANDING, YOU DO WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE A LONG TIME AGO, BUT FINALLY, YOU DO IT AND YOU TAKE A DEEP BREATH, BECAUSE YOUR SEEING CROWDS, WHEN YOU USE TO SEE NEXT TO NOBODY.
