Every Night from Wednesday to Sunday should have "FUN", "WOW" ( Especially) FAB, SPORTS, CONTESTS, PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, MUSIC, ( not just any band or any DJ)
Not Just any D List Celeb, that nobody is going to show up for.
Not just the usual drink specials that nobody cares about.
Not just free cover charge, that nobody responds to.
STOP THE PANIC PROMOTING NOW. 
Never rely on just your Face Book Page.
Never ever, use Flyers.
Never ever use Radio.
Never ever use institutional print ads.
Stop letting your EGO empty your Checking Account.
This is DECEMBER, Plan, Pump, Promote, Present, Produce, and REMEMBER.

How can your "BAR", NOT serve Food?
You don't even need a Kitchen to Serve Small Plates of Gourmet Delish. Fact in the Bar Biz. Bar Guests when served food stay for 2 more drinks and over an additional hour. Why would you not without a Kitchen serve delicious, "Farm Fresh to Fork, Bar Bites".
Forget fried mushrooms, cheese stix, all the usual fried foods, they are "OVAH".
Patrons no longer want Fat, Grease, Sodium, Junk Foods.
From Sushi, to Creative Flat Breads, to Spectacular Salads, the possibilities truly are endless.
You have made up enough excuses, procrastinated long enough, It's Time to go Forward with Food. 
It's now Time to Triple your Overall Sales.
You invest the least amount of Cash to make the most return of "REVENUE". 
Don't keep serving just Liquor, Beers, Wines, Energy Drinks, Bottled Water.
You keep complaining how your not making any $ FOR ALL THE TIME, THE BLOOD, SWEAT, TEARS, YOU PUT IN TO YOUR BAR.
Then change the Game.
OK, so Sports Bars got wise and enhance their "Wing Presentation" to Boneless Wings. Good for them.
But their Food is so predictable, so fattening, so full of cholesterol, so jammed with sodium. They ignore the Health of their Patrons.
Why serve such unfresh, unhealthy, over calorie, foods?
Since Sports Bars don't want to meet the Millennials and the changing times, YOU DO IT.

So many Nightclubs are dependent upon who the DJ is for their Weekends.
They totally ignore Wednesday Night, Thursday Night, The Night Before Christmas", New Year's Eve", "Super Bowl", all the upcoming Holidays. They just go through the motions, that they always have.
They don't pay attention in the least, to the Culture of Music, Art, Entertainment, Lifestyles, Fads, Trends, How many Times, have I said this?
You are so desperate, you rely on so called "club promoters", strangers, with as I also say over, over, & over, no insurance, no State Revenue Certificate, no Occupational License, you do no background checks, you simply let them have your "Total Door Revenue" and some of you add a portion of your "Bar Sales".
Again, I ask WHY?

VEGAS NIGHTCLUBS COVERED,WITH STRICT NEW RULES.
By putting the nightclubs under stricter regulatory scrutiny, regulators hope to prevent repeats of what Gaming Control Board Commission Chairman Tony Alamo described as “very difficult complaints” regarding the venues in the past.
   For example, in 2014, Mandalay Bay agreed to pay $500,000 to settle charges from the Gaming Control Board that undercover agents were provided with drugs and prostitutes at the House of Blues Foundation Room in 2012. And the Palms was hit with a $1 million fine in 2013 over drug and prostitution charges at clubs there.

   Resort Daylife and Nightlife have become a big draw for Las Vegas tourists, particularly the younger ones who are likely to spend more of their time on the Strip drinking, dancing ,enjoying entertainment offerings and dining, than gambling.

   The casino industry is adapting to meet those tastes: More than 60 percent of the Strip resorts’ revenue last year came from nongambling  revenue streams, according to the UNLV Center for Gaming Research.“These clubs are a shot in the arm for the industry. No doubt about it,” Alamo said. “But they need to be controlled and regulated.” Clubs must operate in a very transparent manner from now on.
No longer can illicit activities go on, largely ignored. Ownership must take a far more hands on OVERSIGHT position on a Night to Night Basis.
Clubs should ESTABLISH a Specific Club Wide "DRESS CODE", that all clubs adhere to.
Clubs should create a "CLUB PROMOTER AGREEMENT" that clearly spells out the "DOs" and "DON'Ts" of how a "Club Promoter" can work with a club, and operate on behalf of the club.
When you allow illegal behavior to become the norm, when the Powers that govern your ability to do business find out, when all this goes down, the results are fast, tough, yet logical.
Temptation is everywhere, but Discipline is not.
It takes Trained, Honest, "Disciplined", Management.
It takes Cameras, Surveillance Cameras, Everywhere.
It takes Constant Oversight, hands on Control.
It takes Zero Tolerance for questionable Behavior.
It takes Undercover Experts for Spot Checks.
It takes No Exceptions to Respecting the Policies.

EVER NOTICE HOW MANY BARS, RESTAURANTS, NIGHTCLUBS COME AND GO?
BLAME IT ON poor management.
Blame it on poor location.
Blame it on too much "hip hop" drawing the wrong crowd, and creating total chaos.
Blame it on horrible quality of crowd, thus very few women.
Blame it on so called club promoters who promise you a packed night, only to disappear, when the night is a total dud.
Blame it on undisciplined, inconsistent, unprofessional Staff.
Blame it on out of control Male Hosts, and Customer Service Reps, who use violence, foul language and create an ugly reputation.
Blame it on the DJ who curses, plays hideous spins, dresses like a slob.
Blame it on the same local bands over and over with no cover charge, so the "BAR" has to burden the cost of the band.
Blame it on the worn out, beaten down, disgusting appearance of your club.
Blame it on competing clubs, that are burying yours.
Blame it on your failure to honor credit cards, thinking that by taking in only cash, your hiding your revenue. ( WRONG)
Blame it on not offering the most popular Beers, Brands, and Best New Cocktails.
Blame it on your cheesy Bottle Service format.
But in the end, BLAME IT ON THE OWNER, because it all is on the OWNERS who nickel and dime their Club, and then expect miracles to happen, like packed nights.
Owners like this, NO THANKS, not interested.
My kind of Owner is the one, who immediately realizes biz is not the same, and wants to RETAKE THE NIGHTS, INVIGORATE THEIR CLUB, AND DO IT NOW!!!!!
