NO OWNER SHOULD GO THROUGH THIS TYPE OF ARRANGEMENT. IT'S CALLED "PANIC PROMOTING" BECAUSE YOUR OUT OF MONEY.
WHY KEEP PUTTING MONEY INTO A RESTAURANT, A BAR, A CLUB, A SPORTS BAR, EVEN A GENTLEMEN'S CLUB, IF YOUR NOT MAKING $ How much more money should you pour into a Restaurant, that very few patrons are frequenting? Why would you even consider borrowing from Family, Friends, a loan against your home, using up your Credit Card Limits for what?
No Bar, No Club, No Sports Bar, No Gentlemen's Club, No Bar & Grille is worth putting tens of thousands of dollars into, if your simply just, going to remain the same? Once,you take on a Partner, just to have their Cash, you have crossed the line.

Every day I see, I read, I hear, I know that so many People have opened up a Bar, a Bar & Grille, a Sports Bar, a Restaurant with a Bar, a Beach Bar, a Gentlemen's Club, a Nightclub, that they had NO BUSINESS EVEN LAUNCHING.
I know it, but they refuse to accept it, so they pour more & more $ into the endless pit of "NO RETURN".
EGOS are the biggest Roadblock to Success in this Industry.
Then comes not even Financing, not knowing enough, not doing enough, not being there enough, not hiring enough good employees, not branding enough, not marketing on Social Media with a Maximum Strategy enough.
Don't be a "MONEY TAKER" who just takes and takes, only to end up so deep in debt, it's beyond attainable to come out of it.
Franchises are so dangerous to invest in.
Especially Yogurt Shops.
How can you pay The Franchise Fee, The Product Costs, The Rent, The Payroll, The Taxes, The Electric, The other Utilities, The Insurance, The other "FIXES EXPENSES" and think your going to make $ selling "YOGURT"?
Beware of Franchises, I have seen dozens and dozens and even Dozens more close down.
I will not give the Names of These Franchises.
They are in the business of selling Franchises to expand.
But when they are approached by an interested Party, of course, they are going to give all "THE POSITIVES" of their Franchise, and omit all "THE NEGATIVES".

I SEE A "BAR AND GRILLE" 6 UNIT OPERATION, THAT DOES VERY WELL, BUT THEY OPEN A "HAMBURGER & SHAKES" UNIT, SPENDING OVER $750,000. JUST BARELY BREAKING EVEN.
NOW THEY GREATLY EXPAND TO AN ISLAND VENUE, THAT HAS A LONG HISTORY. IT IS A VERY AFFLUENT AREA, AGAIN INVESTING SIX BIG FIGURES PLUS, REACHING OUT WITH AN UNDISCLOSED FORMAT.
ANOTHER MAJOR RESTAURANT GROUP, TAKES OVER A CLOSED LOCATION, ONLY TO DECIDE A "SEAFOOD FORMAT" WILL WORK. IN REALITY, THERE IS NO NEED FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO OPERATE SUCCESSFULLY.
THEY FACE UPSCALE OPERATORS RIGHT AROUND THEM, FAST CASUAL VERY SUCCESSFUL EATERIES LOOKING RIGHT @ THEM, BUT YET, FOR UNKNOWN REASONS, PERHAPS IT'S EGO, THE RESTAURANT GROUP CEOs AND OR PARTNERS DECIDE EXPANSION IS THE KEY TO REVENUE GROWTH. OFTEN THEY ARE WRONG.
OFTEN THE KEY IS TAKING THEIR BEAUTIFUL, STYLISH BAR AND IT'S ENTIRE ENTICING ROOM, INTO THE REALM OF NIGHTLIFE.
CATERING TO A SOPHISTICATED CROWD OF MILLENNIALS AND OLDER, MOVERS, SHAKERS, SPENDERS AND STRIKING WOMEN.
THERE IS A METHOD TO THIS MADNESS.
THE CHALLENGE IS, MOST OF THE RESTAURANT/BAR GROUP OWNERS HAVE NO GRASP OF THIS LATE NIGHT TRANSITION.
THEY WOULD RATHER SIMPLY LOWER DRINK PRICES LATE @ NIGHT, TO DO BUSINESS.
"SENOR FROGS" OPENED A "GIANT, TWO LEVEL LOCATION IN TIMES SQUARE.
IT WILL BE A HUGE SUCCESS.
THEIR NAME, REPUTATION, GOES ALL THE WAY BACK DECADES TO "SPRING BREAK", THAT NEW YORKERS DEFINITELY WILL EMBRACE.
THIS IS A VERY SAVVY, SMART EXPANSION.
THE BAR REALITY SHOW OPENS WITH THE QUOTE " THIS YEAR 6500 FAILING BARS WILL CLOSE".
OVER 3/4 OF THOSE BARS SHOULD HAVE NEVER OPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
WHO DOES THE SCOUTING "REPORT"?
WHO DOES THE LOCATION "BACKGROUND"?
WHO DOES THE COMPETITION CHALLENGE?
WHO DOES THE LOCAL DEMOGRAPHICS?
