Tie in with a power house liquor brand.
Tie in with a modeling Agency or put out the word and create your own Model Army.
Tie in a local Acoustic Guitar Extraordinaire, so that you have no noise issues.

ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE AN "ALL YOU CAN DRINK NIGHT", A REALLY BAD FORMAT, ESPECIALLY WITH DRUNK DRIVING, UNDERAGE PATRONS ATTEMPTING TO DRINK, OR A "LADIES DRINK FREE" NIGHT, WHEN MEN HAVE FEMALE GUESTS, ORDER THEM DRINKS FROM THE BAR, AND QUIETLY HAND THEM THE DRINK, THESE ARE NIGHTS YOU DO NOT EVER NEED TO DO BUSINESS.
I HAVE SO MANY "WOW FACTORS" THAT HAVE ZERO CHEAP DRINKS OR SHOTS INVOLVED. I FOCUS ON WHAT YOUR DOING, NOT WHAT YOUR BAR IS SELLING CHEAP.THE HARDEST NIGHTS TO DO ARE WHEN YOU FEATURE CHEAP SHOTS AND DRINKS, YOU BRING IN TOTALLY THE WRONG CROWD. IT'S A NIGHTMARE.
FROM NOW ON, DO AWAY WITH THOSE KIND OF NIGHTS. 
 INSTEAD, MAKE A 180 DEGREE TURN TO UPGRADING, UPLIFTING AND UP-SCALING YOUR CROWD TO QUALITY GUESTS.
YOU DON'T WANT A BUNCH OF "TRUMP DISRUPTORS".
THERE IS NO DRINKING BEHIND THE BAR, TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT AND LACK OF LEADERSHIP TO ALLOW SUCH NONSENSE.
NOBODY DRINKS WHILE WORKING.SIMPLE RULE.
ANYBODY BREAKS IT, THEY FIND A NEW JOB.
LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE IS TOO EXPENSIVE, TO HAVE INCIDENTS THAT ARE TOTALLY AVOIDABLE WITH SMART POLICIES IN EFFECT.
YOU WANT TO CUT YOUR OVERHEAD, CANCEL YOUR INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEMS COMPANY.
IMPLEMENT AN IN HOUSE TIGHT CONTROL, THAT CAN BE BEAT.

* WHY DO YOUR BARTENDERS CURSE, AND HAVE SMOKER'S BREATHE, WHILE BEHIND THE BAR? WHY DO THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS, ONLY TO SCHMOOZE WITH REGULARS? TOTALLY WRONG. * WHERE IS YOUR "CINCO DE DRINKO" PROMOTION FOR "CINCO DE MAYO"? THE DRINKS, THE BEER, THE FOOD, THE DECOR, THE COSTUMES, THE MUSIC, THE ART? THIS IS ANOTHER EASY $5000 PLUS DAY/NIGHT FOR BARS THAT SEAT 100 PEOPLE.

* WHERE ARE YOUR FLAT SCREENS? THEY ARE NOT JUST FOR SPORTS. 32 INCH SCREENS ARE JUST $200 NOW, WHEN YOU SHOP AT WAREHOUSE STORES. YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST FOUR TO FIVE OF THEM UP AND SHOWING MORE THAN JUST FOOTBALL, BASEBALL, SOCCER, BASKETBALL, HOCKEY. SO MUCH MORE.
