B. EMBRACE YOUR CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE YOUR GUESTS. DON'T HIT ON FEMALE PATRONS. DON'T CURSE AROUND YOUR OWN ESTABLISHMENT.
DON'T DRESS LIKE A SLOB.
IF YOU DO MOST OF WHAT I JUST STATED, AND YOU WONDER WHY YOUR BUSINESS IS SO SLOW, YOU JUST ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION.

C. YOUR VENDORS ARE YOUR LIFELINE, YOUR LIQUOR, YOUR BEER, YOUR ENERGY DRINK, YOUR PAPER PRODUCTS, YOUR FOOD PURVEYORS, YOUR SODA TANK DELIVERY MEN, YOUR EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEK SUPPLIERS. PAY ON TIME. DON'T PLAY GAMES. IT'S A "QUID PRO QUO" INDUSTRY.

D. ENGAGE IN CHARITY PARTICIPATION, I DON'T MEAN SIMPLY GIVING $, I MEAN SHOWING YOUR COMMUNITY, YOU ACTUALLY CARE. WHEN A BOY NEEDS A WHEELCHAIR BE THE FIRST TO HOLD A FUNDRAISER. WHEN A LADY NEED WITH "SPECIAL NEEDS", HAS NO FOOD, PREPARE MEALS AND BRING THEM TO HER.

H.  THINK "OUTSIDE THE BOX", STOP BEING A FOLLOWER, AND START BEING A LEADER. YES, YOU HAVE IT IN YOU.
DON'T LET THE WRONG CROWD IN, IF THEY ALREADY ARE, TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE. USE A DRESS CODE, A COVER CHARGE, AND CHANGE THE MUSIC, THEY WILL GET THE HINT, BELIEVE ME. I HAVE HAD BARS DO THIS FOR DECADES, AND IT ALWAYS WORKS. SOMETIMES LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT, IT GETS THE CHALLENGE DONE.

I. DON'T BRING YOUR PERSONAL LIFE INTO YOUR BAR OR SPORTS BAR, OR LOUNGE, OR EVEN GENTLEMEN'S CLUB WHICH ARE NOTORIOUS FOR "SOAP OPERAS".
IT'S ALL IN "LEADERSHIP".
WHEN YOU, YOUR MANAGER, YOUR STAFF WALK THROUGH THOSE DOORS, ANYTHING GOING ON IN THEIR LIVES STAYS OUTSIDE.
