     No, Not "Darts". No, not "Karaoke". No, not "Trivia", No, not "Texas Hold Em".
 I mean that "A HA MOMENT", when you take their breathe away?
When you are so far and away from any so called "Competition"?
When you have Five Women, to every Two Men?
When you are serving " Top Shelf " as opposed to the "Well"?
The Nightclub Business is very trendy and either you change with the times or the times will change and also date you, very, very quickly.
Those Owners who refuse to adapt, apply and applaud "FUN", "WOW", "FAB", tend to be stale and dated.
These Owners find their revenue sinking, their crowds disappearing, and their club becoming yesterday's "HOT SPOT". Thus no "A HA MOMENT," at all.
It's basic "Nightclub/Bar 101", that Owners need a Fresh Atmosphere in Appearance, Format, Social Media, Bells and Whistles, to continue to bring in "THE CROWDS".
The most gorgeous Clubs right now are sitting empty, because their Owners are in Major Denial, losing hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Clubbers are always flocking to a new Club or Bar, when the present Popular Ones just sit still. DO NOTHING NEW.
It's incumbent upon Owners to MOVE, Make Energy, Create FRESH FUN.
So these Owners, have no "A AH MOMENT", and end up either closing or selling out for next to nothing. 
The Diminishing returns are the handwriting on the wall. and you always have to be faithful to the "NUMBERS".
It's not about "Cheapening your image", it's about "INVIGORATING IT".
It's easy, if you have 40 years of Expertise.

SO, IT ONLY IS A "NATURAL", TO MAXIMIZE THIS "NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS" WITH "CONSISTENT EVENTS, CELEBRATIONS, HAPPENINGS, CONTESTS, MUSIC, DANCE, OF COURSE DRINK, AND EVEN IF YOU DON'T SERVE FOOD, BRING IT IN FOR THIS NIGHT.
YES, YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED CHRISTMAS TREE, NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO PLAY "SCOURGE". I HAVE OVERSEEN THIS NIGHT, PUTTING A LINE OUTSIDE TO ATTEND THIS NIGHT, YES WITH A COVER CHARGE.
IT'S ALL IN THE "WHO", "WHAT", "WHERE", "WHEN", "WHY", "HOW" YOU IMPLEMENT THIS NIGHT, HOW YOU PROMOTE IT, STARTING RIGHT NOW, BOTH SOCIAL MEDIA TO THE MAX, AND OUT IN YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY.
TOO MANY OWNERS BECOME COMPLACENT, LAZY, LAME, BURNT OUT, TIRED, THEY JUST WANT TO GET THE HOLIDAYS OVER WITH, RATHER THAN JUST THE OPPOSITE TO KEEP YOUR TENACITY, YOUR RELENTLESSNESS, YOUR ENERGY UP UP UP.
LOOK @ HOW MANY STATES, HOW MANY RALLIES, TRUMP ATTENDED IN ONE SINGLE DAY.
HE WON BECAUSE HE CONNECTED WITH THE VOTERS, ON JOBS, THEIR FUTURES, PROSPERITY, HE MADE IT ALL ABOUT THEM.
YOU NEED TO MAKE IT ALL ABOUT YOUR "NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS".
WAY TOO MANY "BEVERAGE ONLY" AND "FOOD/BEVERAGE" VENUES ARE SO CHEAP ON DECOR,WHEN IT COMES TO THE HOLIDAYS.
LISTEN, IF YOU ARE A TRUE PENNY PINCHER, FIRST ASK ALL YOUR LIQUOR, BEER, WINE, ENERGY DRINK VENDORS FOR THEIR DECORATIONS.
THEN GO TO www.orientaltrading.com THEY HAVE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE AND MOST EXCITING HOLIDAY DECORATIONS, FOR BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR.
THEY ARE SUCH A GREAT COMPANY, WARREN BUFFET AND HIS BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY GROUP BOUGHT THE COMPANY.
SO THERE !!!
NOW AS FAR ARE YOUR FORMAT, INCREASE YOUR REVENUE "TEN FOLD", THIS YEAR, BY DOING WHAT EVERY OTHER COMPEITITOR IS NOT DOING.
THAT'S RIGHT, AS NELSON MANDELA SAID " IT'S ONLY IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL IT'S DONE".

YOU PAY YOUR INVOICES ON TIME OR CLOSE TO IT.
YOUR LOYAL TO THEM, WHERE IS THEIR LOYALTY TO YOU?
IT'S A TWO WAY STREET, OR AS THEY CALL IT IN THE INDUSTRY, "QUID PRO QUO".
IF YOUR AFRAID TO ASK, AND YOU DO GOOD BUSINESS WITH THESE VENDORS, EMAIL ME, GIVE ME THE INFORMATION AND I WILL DO IT FOR YOU.
ESPECIALLY THE BIG BEER COMPANIES, THEY ARE SEEING THEIR MARKET SHARE, SLIP AWAY BY THE MAJOR IMPACT OF "CRAFT BEERS".

REASONS: "UPSCALE FAST CASUAL IS TAKING AWAY THE TYPICAL "FAST CASUAL LUNCH CUSTOMER".

SO WOMEN ARE NOT INCLINED TO FREQUENT YOUR BAR ELEMENT.
ATTRACTING BEAUTIFUL WOMEN IS NOT "ROCKET SCIENCE", IT'S BASED ON A CONSISTENT, TENACIOUS ATTITUDE OF TREATING WOMEN WITH STYLE, RESPECT, REGARD, CLASS AND APPRECIATION.
THAT GOES FOR BOTH WOMEN WHO WORK FOR YOU, WHO RECEIVE EQUAL PAY AS THEIR MALE COUNTERPARTS, AND WOMEN WHO COME IN AS GUESTS TO DRINK.
IT'S NOT ABOUT GIVING WOMEN CHEAP OR FREE DRINKS, I HAVE SAID THIS 100X OVER THE PAST 30 YEARS.
WOMEN HAVE MONEY.
SECONDLY, THERE IS NOT A WOMAN OUT THERE, WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HAVE A MALE GUEST BUY HER A DRINK.
WHY HAVE A DJ OR A BAND IF YOUR LADIES CAN'T DANCE?
MOVE TABLES, MOVE CHAIRS, AT 11PM, PEOPLE WANT TO STAND, PEOPLE WANT TO PARTY, PEOPLE WANT TO DANCE.
YOU ADD THE ELEMENTS OF "FUN", "FASHION", FLAIR", "FAB", INTO FOUR NIGHTS A WEEK.
WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAY, FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, AND SUNDAYS, WHEN MONDAY IS A LEGAL HOLIDAY.
DON'T LET 21 AND UP JUST TO HAVE BODIES IN YOUR ROOM.
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
ADD STATURE, IT'S 25 AND UP FOR EVERYONE.
YOU CAN'T HAVE ONE AGE FOR MEN AND ONE AGE FOR WOMEN, IT'S AGAINST  FEDERAL DISCRIMINATION LAWS.
FOR OVER 40 YEARS, EVERY BAR, CLUB, SPORTS BAR, GENTLEMEN'S CLUB, RESTAURANT WITH NIGHTLIFE, THAT I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH, HAS BEEN A HUGE SUCCESS.
WHY NOT, I EAT, SLEEP AND BREATHE THIS BUSINESS, EVERY DAY.
YOU ARE LAID BACK, LET OTHERS DO WHAT YOU SHOULD BE OVERSEEING, OFTEN DON'T EVEN GO INTO YOUR PLACE BUT ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK, YOU HAVE NO WEB SITE, NO IMPACT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. YOU SHOULD ASK YOURSELF, WHY I AM SIMPLY GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS, WHEN THE HOLIDAYS ARE HERE, AND THESE ARE THE SERIOUS MONEY MONTHS, FROM NOW TILL EASTER SUNDAY?

HE IS RUNNING PROMOTIONS AT THREE DIFFERENT GENTLEMEN'S CLUBS IN HIS AREA.
HIS PROMOTIONS ARE INEFFECTIVE.
HE IS HANDING OUT PAPER FLYERS.

BUT, IF A GENTLEMEN'S CLUB IS SLOW AND NOT DOING THE BIZ, THEY HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES, THAT NEED IMMEDIATE ADDRESSING.
I WILL NEVER EVER UNDERSTAND WHY OWNERS CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY, AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT?
I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE EVERYTHING TO LOSE, AND STILL TAKE NO ACTION TO TURN IT AROUND?
