IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT BASIC BORING "GREEN BEER". IT'S SO MUCH MORE.
THE COSTUMES, THE MUSIC, THE FOOD, THE DRINKS, THE BEERS, THE CONTESTS, THE DECOR, THE GREEN STRIPE TENT.
And that's just for starters.
It should be a TRIPLE REVENUE Holiday for you.
But it takes Superb Social Media, Spectacular Atmosphere, Sensational Format, Stupendous Giveaways.
Being SUBTLE is not in the STRATEGY @ all.

 NOW, let me pull a "TRUMP" and pat myself on the back. The following is a Very Recent Email from an Owner who knew I was "The Best".
" HOW YOU DOING RICH? SO FIRST OFF I LOVE THE NAME CHANGE AND PUSHED MY PARTNERS TO CHANGE AND WE ARE. YOUVE SEEN OUR SETUP WHERE SHOULD WE PUT THE DANCE FLOOR and DJ BOOTH? AS FAR AS ALL YOUR PROMOTIONS AMD THEMES WHICH ARE AMAZING BY THE WAY AND I KNOW THIS IS PROBABLY A STUPID QUESTION BUT DO I HAND PICK THEM OR GO IN THE ORDER THEY ARE IN? "

   YES,THIS OWNER, will make serious cash, attract quality patrons, primarily Women and dominate his Community's "Bar Scene".
FACT. Without cheap drinks, Ladies drink free, free cover charge, when live music is planned. Why is it Clubs can charge a "Cover" for a DJ, yet bars cannot find a positive reaction to a "Cover" for live entertainment, and the bar has to pay from it's sales? Defies logic. This occurs because Bar Owners are afraid to implement a Cover Charge in the proper process. You don't simply put some Gentleman in a black T-shirt and jeans on a stool asking for the Cover Charge. You don't expect to even solicit a Cover Charge from local bands that play everywhere and have "no entertainment charge value". Because of "Over Exposure".If your going to feature live music, there is a method to the madness. You don't book local bands that just cannot even justify enough Bar Sales, let alone a Cover Charge. Why on earth would you keep booking these same old bands?
You cannot go to a movie for less than $10 unless you go @ 10am in the morning. Between 3D and IMAX the price goes over $20.
Yet, in the bar biz, Owners have no clue how to generate serious income.
Whom you hire behind your bar, as cocktail servers, as your DJ , as your Manager are all vital to your ultimate success. The Drama, Soap Opera, of employees dating each other, brings major problems into the daily operation.
The Radio Salesperson who is on your back, pushing you to waste more and more $ on spots that are not even attracting enough of a crowd to pay for themselves.
The Liquor Salespeople who are pushing to take advantage of "Case Deals", but how do they support your bar? What sponsorships, POS, Banners, Brand Parties do they provide to your bar?
Your bar or club is stuck in a Strip Center, you are so limited with what you can do "Exterior Wise", you have plenty of parking, but your biz is down, way down. Do you know why? Because your not giving anyone a "REAL REASON" to frequent your bar.
NOW, if your Bar, Nightclub, Sports Bar, Restaurant, is suffering lack of biz, poor traffic, then you need a "RESET", and you push that button by emailing RichUnger@promotingnightclubs.com

Spring Break is here!
Doesn't matter if you have a Community College, a Junior College, a State College in your local area, there are so many Students, still around, you don't have to be one of the "Destination Locations" for "Spring Break".
You can pack in 21 and up Guests, with a casual but not slob dress code, and have a zero tolerance for misbehavior.
Don't over serve, Don't over pour. Both are so unnecessary.
You generate new Streams of Income.
You enhance your Format with far more than the predictable and your usual  Nightly Concept.
You have a Strategy of attracting Young Women and Young Men who spend.
 You waste so much $ on radio, WHY?
 You rely on Club Promoters who have no regard for YOU or Your Place, WHY?
 Every once in awhile, I find an Owner who is of the same mind set as me. He thinks "WOW", he thinks "FUN", he thinks "FAB", he thinks "What can I do, that no other bar, club, sports bar, gentlemen's club is doing?"
That's how I think.
Blow away the competition with a "WOW MAGNET" that attracts "EVERYBODY".
 Too many Bars, Clubs, think that the price of drinks, beers, wines are more important than any part of their Nightly Format. WRONG.
Look NFL is "OVAH", focus on being packed 4 nights a week, Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sundays when Monday is a legal Holiday.
Now if your not packed on Friday and Saturday Nights right now, how do I say this in any other way, "YOU HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS".
Your Atmosphere
Your Dance Floor
Your Competition.
Your Format.
Your Image.
Your Reputation.
Your Social Media Presence is "HIDEOUS".
Your Current Crowd is the wrong one.
Your Music is the wrong genre.
Your Rest Rooms are disgusting.
Your Door People are rude, crude and awful.
Your Bartenders curse and don't speed pour.
You as the Owner are never around.
Your Manager is weak and should be GONE.
Your bar is run down, it smells from Cigarettes.

So many Bars, Bar and Grilles, Sports Bars are opening more and more locations. But, often, they are a major mistake. All the Data in the World does not translate into the reality of real revenue. Research is just that. What makes a location is it's "VIABILITY" to do serious revenue. So Many Bar Groups, Bar & Grille Groups, Casual Dining Groups are expanding, in a very risque time.
Fact, Consumers are dining out less now.
Fact, Bar Patrons are now conditioned to the price of a drink, rather than what the Bar's Concept, Atmosphere, Music Genre, and Overall Experience is about.
Before you grow by expansion, make sure you maximize your current locations. Insure you have excellent Management.
Leadership is the key to expansion. It's not about financial that is a given, but having people that set the bar Super High. A  Leader who staff look up to, not look at. I have opened dozens of bars, restaurants, gentlemen clubs, sports bars, upscale clubs, and Owners spend, spend and spend on decor,atmosphere, but very little on Management.If your going to be an absentee Owner, then you need a "Mirror", a Manager who thinks, works, acts, and leads like you do. WOMEN IN THE "LADIES ROOM" THE SIGN READS, "FEEL AT RISK, IN DANGER, UNCOMFORTABLE?"
THEN ORDER AN "ANGEL", ORDER IT WITH LIME IF YOU WANT THE POLICE TO RESPOND HERE.

Single Women surf Dating Sites. They review profiles on dating sites. But before they do meet someone, Do they feel unsafe or even just a tad bit weird?" If so, THERE IS A NEW VIBE THAT PROTECTS WOMEN FROM INCIDENTS, BEFORE THEY OCCUR.

The sign advises, "order an angel shot".
Wait, what is this mysterious drink? Well it's actually not booze at all. It's a code that will discreetly tell the bartender you need help.
Here's how it works: Order an angel shot neat and a bartender will escort you to your car. Ask for it with ice and the bartender will call a taxi or Uber for you. Order it with lime and the restaurant staff will call the police.
Apparently this code word was inspired by a similar movement in London, where women are "asking for Angela" to signal an unsafe situation during a date. It was created by The Lincolnshire Rape Crisis, a support service for women and girls in East England.
This is an excellent "Code System" for YOU le women to prevent harm or worse, while still @ the bar or restaurant.
Of course all Bartenders and Servers "MUST BE MADE AWARE" of this "WARNING FOR HELP CODE".

Never ever go into your "Personal Savings" to pay your bar's bills.
If your bar is not even breaking even and you have been open less than a year, you have lost all potential for a major LIFT OFF and one year "Honeymoon". I don't know what you did, or didn't do, or whom you thought you could trust, or did not trust, but it's time to give the keys back to the landlord.
You can't make a rabbit appear out of a hat.
I can look @ a bar, it's social media presence, it's format, it's Owner's thinking, and determine right away if the bar should remain open or close it down NOW.
 Too much ego, arrogance, and ignorance exists in this business.
It's not about one night, it's about four nights a week being crowded, without drink specials, without cheap beer, without letting slobs in, without, without, without.
 The reason so many bars, clubs, Sports Bars and especially Gentlemen Clubs go out of business, is poor Ownership and horrible Management.
