I have never seen so many bar Owners lose $, BLAME EVERYONE BUT THEMSELVES.
I have never seen so many bar Owners operate such boring bars.
I have never seen so many bars with so few Women.
I have never seen so many bars with cursing going on everywhere, with patrons dressed as slobs.
I have never seen so many bars that are filthy, the rest rooms disgusting, the fans full of dust, the glassware full of slime, the liquor bottles dirty, the soda gun yuck.
And then very few patrons.
Do you honestly think a "dive bar" wants to be a "dive bar"?
Very few do.
Why you Bar Owners would rather do nothing than "EVERYTHING" to turn your bar around never ever ceases to amaze me. Your hesitation is costing you tens of thousands of dollars.

You should be in fear of losing your bar.................................
Do you know who the most energized and fired up fans in the NHL are?
They are the "Golden Knights Fans", of Las Vegas.
Not only is the Team the hardest working, fastest playing team in the NHL, but the employees of the Team, have a work ethic that no other team's front office can match.
They create "SOLD OUT" Games, but they also add so much "WOW".
By "WOW", I mean The "T-Mobile Arena" where the Team plays has been nicknamed "The Fortress".
Other team players have called the "Pre Game Events", "It's like stepping into a nightclub or attending a pool party". No other NHL Team has ever been so hyped up, which brings in fans, which creates tremendous revenue and which shows such powerful support for an NHL Team.
Now take your bar, and instead of being so predictable, so known for the same old every week, stopping all of the what is expected and do just the opposite, "The what is unexpected". That's what I do.
I go up against the busy, the most popular bars, and empty them out with what they never ever even thought of hosting.
It's Summer, this time of year, should be all about "WOW COMPONENTS". You've got to be more than just a bar. It's all about being "AMAZING". Of course you can accomplish this level of format. Look @ all the$ you waste on cheap drinks, on local bands, and you wonder why your so slow? When are you going to let go?
When Bar Owners contact me, they are so excited to do what works, instead of what doesn't.
These same Bar Owners realize they have reached the end of their own "Creativity". And they do not want to pay some club promoter to bring in a crowd that is not of the quality nor civility they seek.
It is so refreshing to hear Owners say "DO IT", "PACK MY PLACE", "BRING ON THE WOW".
Because once it starts, every bar wants to see what the "Encore" is?
Let me get back to "The Golden Knights" the Vegas NHL Team.
They are the Winningest expansion team in NFL History, and the first team since 1979 to clinch a playoff berth in their inaugural season. Now put your bar in that position. The first local bar in your area, that went from the bottom of the bar visit list to #1. Why because your not just a bar anymore with the usual bar format. NO, never ever again.
What good is having the best selection of Vodkas, Bourbons, Craft Beers, if your not selling them?
If your satisfied just doing "SOME" biz on Friday and Saturday Nights with a local band or the same DJ or the usual format of a UFC Fight, you are so wrong. You are missing out on more $ than you ever thought you could do.
I have been creating "The Art of Promoting" for over 40 years.
I told this incident before, but it bears repeating, especially in these times.
A Man with "Deep Pockets", buys a huge building that was a "Buffet Format" and spends hundreds of thousands of dollars remodeling. But his sign is hideous, I mean just awful, it's outside appearance is awful. The inside is all dark wood and done tastefully.
The Owner told a local newspaper, " I know everything there is to know about the catering business".
The sad fact is "His Catering Venue sits empty", all year round, he has events sure, but is he packed weekend after weekend with Weddings, Holiday Parties, Business Events, Live Music Concerts, NO, NO and more NO.
Take the spotlight on "Stormy Daniels", If I owned or managed an Adult Entertainment Club, I would book her for a Performance ASAP. Of course with an exclusive in my area. Of Course with events that both you and her profit from throughout the night. She is worth every penny, and you can make 10x what you have to pay her, when you know how to Capitalize on Her and Her Appearance.
Now if your a Sports Bar and there is no NFL or College Ball right now, what are you prepared to do?
In the same way that President Trump has his "BASE Of Supporters", so many venues rely on their "UPPER CLASS Customers" as their mainstay, totally ignoring the majority of guests, which are "Middle class and Upper Middle Class Customers".
What you want to do is go beyond your expectations and keep doing it.
You need to be on a level very few if any other bars are on.
You want Customers smitten with your bar and your staff.
Few Bars can make that statement and live up to it.

YOUR SAVVY NOT SUPERFICIAL. WHAT YOU SERVE IS FRESH NOT FROZEN. WHAT YOU SERVE IS LOCALLY GROWN NOT TRUCKED IN FROM OUT OF STATE.
YOUR CRAFT BEERS ARE FROM YOUR AREA AND YOUR STATE, SALUTE AND PAY TRIBUTE TO YOUR CRAFT BEERS BEFORE YOU RELY ON OTHERS.
YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT "THEIR WAY", NOT THE OLD WAY, NOT YOUR WAY, BUT THE WAY THAT SELLS, THE WAY THAT STANDS OUT THE WAY THAT TASTES GREAT. THAT WAY THAT ONLY CAN BE PURCHASED AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.
REMEMBER THEY ARE "UNINTENTIONAL FOODIES", THEY WANT TO CLAIM THEIR OWN, THEY DON'T WANT WHAT HAS BEEN AROUND FOREVER, THEY WANT THEIR OWN, BECAUSE IT'S THEIR GENERATION.
THEY ARE "THE RISING TIDE", THEY ARE THE FACES THAT YOU NEED TO CONNECT WITH. DON'T IGNORE THEM, DON'T FORGET ABOUT THEM.

I. TREAT YOUR STAFF, ESPECIALLY YOUR FEMALE STAFF WITH RESPECT, DON'T HIT ON THEM, DON'T FLIRT WITH DUMB SEXUAL OVERTURE REMARKS. THEY ARE WORKING FOR YOU, STOP TRYING TO BE INTIMATE WITH THEM. THIS IS WHY YOUR STAFF HAS NO RESPECT FOR YOU.
J. ALWAYS, ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOUR COMPETITION IS DOING? DON'T FOLLOW THEM, LET THEM FOLLOW YOU. STEAL THE BEST EMPLOYEES THEY HAVE, IT'S DONE IN EVERY INDUSTRY.
WHAT IS YOUR MANAGER DOING TO EARN THEIR PAYCHECK.
THEY CAME IN WITH BIG DREAMS, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE NON EXISTENT. WHY DO YOU NEED A SUPPOSED LEADER, WHO DOES NOT SET AN EXAMPLE AND WHO SIMPLY GOES THROUGH THE MOTIONS TO COLLECT A PAYCHECK? YOU DON'T.
It's going to be a Long Hot Summer, and if you have an Outside Area, You should make it PARADISE.
It should no longer be used for smokers.
Let them smoke outside your place in front or to the side.
Create an entirely new stream of revenue by using and utilizing a portion of your place, that you never ever thought of, or had the motivation to make inviting.
Now is the time, these are the months and People want to enjoy your outside. As I say put up sprinklers, fans and cool it off.
