AUGUST 2018 - GENTLEMEN CLUBS NEED MORE THAN DANCERS!
Gentlemen Clubs no longer can simply rely on how many dancers they have and how they look?
With Gentlemen Clubs allowing Couples in, these Clubs need to embrace and enhance their formats, far more than Lap Dances, Champagne Rooms, VIP Rooms, and the usual money making elements of their format.
Times have changed, and simply presenting the same basic, boring format day in and night out of Pole Dancing off Runways, with the same music playing and the same dancers wearing the same outfits they wore the day before are over.
There is a Gentlemen Club Owner of two Clubs, within 12 miles of each other. He is very disappointed with his Managers, because all they do, is go through the typical motions of operating his clubs with no edgy, pushing the envelope, appealing to fresh new faces, rolling out Premier Promotions that enhance and compliment their usual nights.
These are Evenings, where they can double if not triple their cover charge, because what they are presenting is far more than what they ever have before.
Complacency has taken over the Gentlemen Clubs Industry.
They are so locked into their format, that they are prevented from breaking out and seizing their Market, with "FUN", with "WOW FACTORS", with "FAB".
They just don't get it, they don't understand it, so therefore they don't approach it.
They don't maintain the room's appearance, nor the outside of their club, nor their parking lot, which could use a good paving. They just let it all remain the same.
The Dancers don't make any money, so they leave, the Managers get fed up so they quit, and everybody is unhappy, instead of being just the opposite.
You have to think outside the Pole.
You have to zoom past any competition you have, by doing what you never ever have before. Did I just repeat myself?
Yes, because their is an image, a preconceived perception of what a Gentleman's Club is. But it's incumbent upon you to break out of that mold.
You want men to spend, but you don't open your World to an entirely new Universe of your format.
Yes, it's all about "The Benjamins", but in order to have guests spend, spend and spend some more, you have to give them, reason, after reason, after reason.
It's not about cheap beer or drinks.
It's not about discounting any cash generator that you have, in fact, quite the opposite, it's all about having your guests spend more than they ever have before.
Way too many Owners and their Managers think they know it all?
But, if they did, they would be doing Record Revenue Right Now, and not simply just barely doing business. I have always said to every kind of Food and Liquor Establishment, that in these times, just doing it over and over without adding, expanding, prevents you from ever doing double if not triple what you take in now.
99.9% of Owners and Managers have no clue what to do, how to do it, when to do it, why to do it, and where to do it?

Installing Cameras over Cash Registers are a MUST.
That's right, it's your $, and you want to insure that you are protecting your Investment.
Do you know how often, sadly, heartbreaking it is, that Owners rely, trust and depend on certain Individuals only to be ripped off by them?
Don't over order Food, Beer, Wine, Liquor, Energy Drinks, Cleaning Supplies, ANYTHING. Buy what makes sense.
You do not need to pay to maintain your Liquor Inventory Control.
You do need to clean out your Soda Guns, your Beer Coolers, your Fruit Trays, your Liquor Bottle Pours, your Glasses with no spots, your floors with non slick Mats, Lock down all your bar liquor every night, but a metal bar across your beer coolers with a heavy duty lock on the end. Clean out your Walk Ins. Keep your Bathrooms, smelling Clean and Sparkling.
Clean your Air Vents. Clean your Liquor Shelves, Clean your Liquor Bottles, Clean the Mirrors behind your Bar.
You can't clean enough.
If your Bartenders are lazy, say so long.
If your Servers are lax, say so long.
If you are packed nightly with "FUN", "WOW", "FAB" and lots of Women, then everybody will want to work for you.
If your quiet, and slow, then you will not have the Top Quality Staff you need.
If you are not doing the business, you should not hesitate, not even wait, to contact me ASAP.
Because I only have one Challenge, PACKING YOUR PLACE With QUALITY PATRONS, Beautiful Women and Men who spend.
These times are tough, face it, admit it and then overcome it!!!
So many places just hold their own "Pity Parties", and suffer.
You need to show your area, that you are a MUST BE AT PLACE.
Sure, that's easier said then done, but it's simple for me. I have been doing this over 40 years, I eat, sleep and breathe this Industry.
When you have a horrible reputation, you need to go into "OVER DRIVE" to turn it around.
When you have stiff competition, you need to seriously, put "THE PEDAL TO THE METAL" and recapture your Market.
Instead of having arguments with your Wife or Husband, disputes with your Partner, everyone should be on the same page.
