Recently I received an email from a Club Owner who was panicking, he was
promoting 25 cent Tap Nights, and Free Beer Nights, and he couldn't
understand why these liquor lures were not packing his club?
I will never ever understand, why
Club Owners think giving away liquor is the key to packing your club and
making money.
AGAIN I SAY, WHAT ARE YOU NUTS?
Let me make this perfectly clear,
STOP GIVING AWAY THE BAR, STOP OFFERING FREE COVER CHARGE, STOP BEING SO
DESPERATE.
Your not doing what needs to be done,
your wasting valuable marketing dollars, creating a terrible perception of
your club, and accomplishing
ZERO............................................
