YOUR LACK OF ACTION IS CAUSING A NOSE DIVE REACTION!

By RichUnger@promotingnightclubs.com

I can't even begin to calculate how money you lost so far this Summer, by doing nothing to alter your lame, losing, lost format? But I would like to ask you why on earth you listened to your lame Partner or Partners who know zero about this industry, who threw their money in for ego, for women, for every reason but the right reason?

I cannot fathom why you allow a Manager who shows zero inclination to really dedicate himself to upgrading your clubgoer quality to remain in your employment?

I am bewildered why you still spend money on radio weekly, when it is not creating any new faces in your place?

I am totally confused as to why you still run drink specials, and cheap beers that you are barely breaking even on, just to have bodies in your bar?

I am blown away that you don't understand or grasp what a Promotion is all about and the process by which you make is a huge success?

I am shaking my head that you still book these lame local bands who play the same songs in the same set order with no new material, dress like slobs, have an attitude and yet you think you must have them?

I am perplexed at a brand new hardly a year old nightclub in Sarasota, fires all it's Friday Staff, then runs an ad in the employment section of the daily newspaper for beer girl, shooter girl, bartenders, security, dancers, promoters?

Yet, they still retain the same Promotions Manager who is the reason they are so slow and lost their mojo, to begin with.

I am so frustrated that you think a Classy, Stylish, Trendy Bikini Event is not good enough for your Bar, Club, Beer Garden, Patio, that includes giving each young lady that enters a Free $75. bikini that only costs you $15 you buy from us, Bikinis For Your Club  and makes you thousands and thousands of dollars, each week, with not a single drink  or beer special?

Women, Women and more Women, they are the key to packing your bar, your club, your lounge, your patio, your beer garden, your tavern.

I don't understand why you have no VIP Section, and Special VIP Amenities that would enhance your cash flow ten fold?

DJS LEAVE YOUR EGOS IN YOUR HEADPHONES AND REALIZE THE MIX

I have never heard from so many DJs who think the club they spin at cannot survive without them?

Really?

There is only one Jonathan Peters, only one Paul Oakenfold, as far as DJs go, those are the best of the best. As for every other DJ, what you spin is relevant, but what the club offers in the way of "THE FUN" and "THE WOW FACTORS" are just as pertinent to the club packing in patrons.

When a DJ dresses like a slob in a black T-shirt and black jeans and boots that is not the image I want from my main focus of entertainment.

I want fashion, and style, and a trendy image.

I want a polite, professional behind my wheels of steel and not some hip hop hung up attitude driven character.

Hip Hop CD sales are down 33%,

Clubbers and party people don't need an education in what you think is hot or not, they want to dance in between segments of "The Fun" and "The Wow Factors".

If your dance floor is only half full and your club is packed, then you are not doing your job.

When an Owner or General Manager requests you play what they say, it's not up to you to play Mr. Attitude, either spin it or slide on out of the club and see how many other clubs hire you in a NY Minute?

SECURITY, NOW MORE THAN EVER, YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO DEFUSE A SITUATION, & MINIMIZE YOUR RISK

The days of simply having pencil neck Bullies on the front door with a black T-shirt that reads "SECURITY" on the back of the T-shirt is ancient history, over with.

Just one incident, one fight, one knife attack, one shooting and your reputation is over.

Regardless of whether it takes place a block away,  in the Parking Lot or inside,

It is of the utmost importance that you understand the priority you place in your background

personnel, that are in the club to protect, prevent and perceive any kind of potential incident or situation from arising, but in a very low key manner. I repeat the days of just letting muscle bound college football linebacker rejects rule and run club enforcement are over.

With NFL and NBA Players especially bringing in their posse and creating major confrontations that result in police response, you as a Club, Bar, Lounge Owner have to mandate the tolerance level you are going to accept?

Is their cash worth your establishment's  reputation?

Is their cash worth a life of patron injured or worse?

Is their cash worth a female patron being made to feel "QUITE" uncomfortable?

Is their cash worth creating a negative relationship with local law enforcement?

Far too often Owners take their background personnel for granted, both pay and respect

wise.

You can use all the two way ear sets, TV cameras, you want, but in the end it all comes down

to the human factor.

   THE BAR REMAINS THE SAME

So many Clubs, Lounges, and establishments, let their bar's remain the same.

When predictable, stale, boring, set in, it's time for you to step up.

How can you ignore your competition?

How can you ignore the lack of appeal your bar has?

How can you allow rude bartenders to continue to work behind your bar?

How can you let worn out bar stools and chipped table tops to go unrepaired?

How can you look the other way at the condition of your rest rooms?

How can you let the residue from smoke stain your mirrors, your ceiling, your

fans, your entire interior?

How can you let that beer cooler continue to leak?

How can you let your Liquor Bottles gather dust and look disgusting?

How can you let your Staff dress like slobs?

How can you let that filthy carpet just lay there?

How can you expect to draw any patrons in, when situations like these exist?

SUMMER MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, ONE AFTER ANOTHER

I would rather conceal than reveal the number of Clubs, Bars, Lounges, Patio Decks, Tiki Bars, that simply gave  away drinks and beer at ridiculously cheap prices, let some guitar player strum away thus, presenting nothing new, and just coasted through these Summer Months, rather than catching the Breeze of constant "FUN" and "WOW".

Do you know why the Cable Channel "USA" is so popular right now, because they have more original programming than any other Cable Channel.

They have millions more viewers, because they keep it fresh..........................................

The same logic applies to liquor, food, fun, music establishments.

But you have been in the biz for so long, your so burnt out and tired of trying, that you just tread water, tolerate nonsense, and lose money.

When you have to rely on letting minors in, because you can't attract enough 21 and up hot women and spenders, you are desperate.

Your a member of the  just one Summer Missed Opportunity after another group.................................
