YOU CAN'T CREATE PROMOTIONS!

Club Owners and Managers are so inundated with the "nuts & bolts" of
the day to day operation of a club, they have zero time or opportunity to
be "creative." Think about it, between
ordering liquor, beer, bar supplies, hiring and firing employees, paying
for advertising and marketing, doing payroll, paying the rent, insurance,
electric, phone, burglar alarm, the cable or dish fees, when do you have
time to think about promotions?
Then throw in your "FAMILY LIFE" and tell
me, you have the time to create
and execute promotions?
You don't! That is why so many Clubs are
loaded with the lights, the sound and the video, but lack the one new
basic necessity, that is essential to the success and staying power of any
club, it's called "THE FUN."
And the most ridiculous aspect of Club Owners and Managers, is when
they plan a huge Promotion, pour all their energy and allocate a great
deal of cash and yet, the promotion is for one night! So,
the promotion packs in patrons, the cash registers overflow with green,
but after the promotion is over, they have nothing else planned?
I mean what are they thinking?
Question, why put all your energy and money into a "ONE NIGHTER," and
then have nothing else upcoming?
What are you thinking?
I always, I repeat always am months ahead with a Promotion War Plan.
I don't care what my competition is doing with cheap and free drinks, I
couldn't care less if they are packed, I will empty their clubs out every
time with "THE FUN."
Please spare me how you are making money giving away beer and cheap
shots!
Please don't waste my time telling me how your packed with, these kind
of patrons.
You can have them.
I will take the patrons who frequent my club for "THE FUN," every time
over the riff raff who only come for the free, cheap or discounted drinks.
Why have a ladies Night and give away free
drinks, I mean all they do in NYC is offer Ladies free drinks, did any of
you rocket scientists who give free drinks to ladies, ever stop and think,
that there is not a Woman out there, who does not know how to get a Male
Patron to "Buy her a drink?" I mean, do
the words, "NO BRAINER" come to mind?
Wake up!
It's 2003 , soon to be 2004, and your still living in the age of give
this away, give that away and they will come! Who
wants them?
You need a "game plan" a "Strategy" every day and night your open.
So Many Owners are so arrogant, they think
they know it all, but in reality, they know nothing.
Their club is slowly losing it's base of patrons, and they are in
denial. They are so "hard headed" they
refuse to embrace "THE FUN". They fail to
realize they will be retired and out of business due to their own
stupidity. I talk to so many Owners, I
have zero patience for.
Seriously, I can tell from the first five minutes of conversation what
is wrong with their club, but like Saddam, they refuse to accept reality
and live in fantasy land instead. Look
The Nightclub business is more about the Promotion, than any other factor.
The DJ the employees, the Manager everyone is expendable if their
attitudes and work ethic are not inline.
But the Promotion that is the critical part of the puzzle that must stand
out and stand above all other clubs in your area.
Stop listening to radio station sales people and liquor salespeople,
start doing what I guide you to implement.
Stop "Copy Cat " promoting, and start "Premier Promoting" with your
own concepts. Start attacking your
competition head to head, one on one, don't back down, don't give up any
night to any other club.
Stop driving by their parking lots and sending spies to check on their
biz, rather, pack your club and let them spy on you!
Stop "Panic Promoting" and start "Profit Promoting," free, cheap
and discount are words that should be banned from your mind and from your
mouth!
"THE FUN," that is the central key to surviving and thriving.
