DESPERATE CLUB OWNERS

Your club may not be on Wisteria Lane, and you may not think you are a
"Desperate Club Owner," but take the test and you decide:
1. As a Club Owner, are you desperate for business? Yes or No
2. As a Club Owner, are you still spending valuable dollars on ineffective
marketing that while you spend the money are in denial over it's
effectiveness? Yes or No
3. As a Club Owner, do you tolerate insubordination from staff, because
your afraid to fire someone and lose business?
Yes or No
4. As a Club Owner, do you present events and allow minors in just to draw
"Anybody," because you have given up on doing it right, so you just do it?
Yes or No
5. As a Club Owner, do you allow sleazy club promoters to take your cover
charge and rule your, I repeat your, club when you don't need them
at all? Yes or No
6. As a Club Owner, do you look the other way when you know your club is
fast becoming a haven for the wrong crowd, the wrong music, the
wrong format and the wrong element? Yes or No
7. As a Club Owner, do you listen to People who have no "hands on
experience" in the business? Yes or No
8. As a Club Owner, do you think your Club is operating at maximum
efficiency and productivity? Yes or No
9. As a Club Owner, do you have another business that dominates your time
and you leave your club to others to operate and thus suffers horrible
revenue return and terrible nights of no patrons or few? Yes or No
10. As a Club Owner, do you zig zag every week, with what your format is,
and change it so Frequently that employees and patrons alike are even
confused as to what your doing and when? Yes or No
11. As a Club Owner, do you realize and accept or are you in denial that
your competition is smacking you up and down while they are packed you are
dead? Yes or No
12. As a Club Owner, are you "hitting on" your female patrons all night,
partying all night and ignoring your Real Responsibilities that this is a
business and not your private pick up place? Yes or No
13. As a Club Owner, are you fully cognizant of what it takes to be the
"CLUB ON TOP" and do you really understand why your not that club? Yes or
No
14. As a Club Owner, do you run from, turn your back on, and ignore
problems, situations and matters that need to be resolved and addressed?

15. As a Club Owner, do you let your Club appear run down and worn with
wear and tear, refusing to spend the money that it so desperately needs to
look fresh? Yes or No
16. As a Club Owner, do you have partners that invested in the club, yet
have zero knowledge of the business and still, you allow them to have a
hands on relationship, when in fact they should stay out of the day to day
operations? Yes or No
17. As a Club Owner, do you lower your drink prices, drop your cover
charge and hope that these measures will bring back your patrons? Yes or
No
18. As a Club Owner, have you maximized every avenue of income producing
concepts from within your club? Yes or No
19. As a Club Owner, do rely you on Friday and/or Saturday Nights to pay the
bills, while you die every other night of the week? Yes or No
20. Finally, as a Club Owner, knowing full well it's going to be a long,
hot Summer, have you laid out your "GAME PLAN OF PROMOTIONS," your
"STRATEGIES" and your "Blueprint" for packing your Club this Summer, or
are you just going to suffer thru another slow,
slower, slowest night after night, because you’re burnt out and have no
clue? Yes or No
There are 20 questions in this test. If you answered “Yes” to at least 10
of these questions then your club is in serious trouble and you need to
make some major changes, fast.
