Okay, so You've just come back from the Vegas Convention sat thru the
Seminars, checked out the new gimmicks, saw the
amazing Flair Exhibits, drank free at the Brand Parties, now here's my
question to you...............ready...............
What did you learn that you can apply hands on to your present club and
it's present situation?
What can you do to profit off of and profit from the implementation of
something you heard, saw or thought?
Let me ask you these "Richie holds nothing back Questions"
- Did you learn how to demand, request, require and expect "point of
sale merchandise" from your beer and liquor vendors on a regular basis
and how to accomplish this, if you find resistance?
- Did you learn how not to tolerate sloppy and unprofessionally radio
produced spots by Clear Channel and poor placed spots that run back to
back with your competition and not pay for the spots?
- Did you learn how to counter "Price war nights" and how to pack your
club without giving away the bar?"
- Did you learn that your old way of thinking and tight fisted wallet
is costing you thousands in profits and hundreds in patrons, and did you
learn how to undo your thriftiness?
- Did you learn that what will work in Madison, Wisconsin won't work
in Akron, Ohio?
- Did you learn that between worrying about internal theft, paying the
bills, employee soap opera situations, and liquor and beer deliveries,
you don't have ten seconds to be creative?
- Did you learn that while all these "Hot
Shots" can't give you a single viable 8 week promotion that will jam
your club without paying them thru your gold fillings?
- Did you learn that it's not the DJ who is spinning the tunes, but
rather is your dance floor packed or empty that matters?
- Did you learn food is a major source of revenue and rather than
simply serve people beverages, there are ways to diversify and make
thousands in food every week?
- Finally, did you enjoy Vegas?
