WAITING LINE, IT'S YOUR FAULT AND NO ONE ELSE'S.

Stop assigning blame and stop ignoring the obvious, and start accepting
responsibility.
- Who's fault is it that your advertising is lame and lacks Kick?
- Who's fault is it, your DJ is arrogant and refuses to play what your
Clubbers request but rather what his Ego dictates?
- Who's fault is it, your Doormen are rude and obnoxious and over
bearing?
- Who's fault is it your club is run down and the outside and inside
look like a war zone?
- Who's fault is it, your restrooms are unfit for even animals?
- Who's fault is it, your crowd is unruly and out of control?
- Who's fault is it, your dead during the week?
- Who's fault is it the competition is burying you?
It's all your fault! The buck stops with you! When was the last
time you stepped back and took a real hard look at your club, your bar,
your lounge, your pub? I have never seen such an industry filled
with such arrogance and stubbornness and devoid of logic and reason and
common sense.
Club Owners are so tight fisted they would rather not spend what it
takes to triple their current biz, and simply open, lose $$$$ and let
their competition pack their lunch. Club Owners would rather keep
sloppy dressed employees, mouthy employees and undependable DJ's than fire
them and bring new blood that will get it done!!! Club Owners will spend
thousands on some new concept or new product that they think is the answer to
all their problems, while at the same time, failing to spend a few bucks
on what really is needed to change the dynamics of the club.
What's so special about your club?
What promotions, marketing, kick ass advertising, in your face Theme
Nights, cash cow generating revenue sources can you take credit for?
I have never ever seen so many clubs and restaurants rest on past laurels
without reaching and attaining new levels of income and new crowds.
Restaurant Owners, I don't want you to feel neglected. Here's my
questions for you:
- When was the last time you added and enhanced your Menu?
- When was the last time you refurbished your dining area?
- When was the last time you painted the outside of your Bldg.?
- When was the last time you repaired the neon in your sign?
- When was the last time you changed your Yellow Pages ad?
- When was the last time you hired wait staff and held a meeting to
have everybody on the same page?
- When was the last time your Chef smiled?
- When was the last time your salad bar was cleaned and polished?
- When was the last time your Rest Rooms were remodeled?
- When was the last time you stopped at Tables and asked your patrons
how their dining experience was?
- When was the last time you awarded your staff for a great night?
- When was the last time you checked your plates and silverware for
chipping and discoloration and wear and tear?
- When was the last time you updated your wine and cigar menus?
- When was the last time you asked your band, your trio, your solo
Performer to learn new material and enhance their song list?
