HOLIDAYS ARE PACKED NIGHTS!

This Year, don't simply go thru the motions and acknowledge the Upcoming
Holidays, make them "Packed Holiday Nights."
There is no greater feeling owning a Bar, a Club, a Lounge, than having a
packed crowd, offering no drink specials, even charging a Premier Cover
Charge and raking in serious revenue, without a single drink special or
letting patrons in for free.
Instead of simply treating the "Holidays" as an annoyance that you can't
wait to get thru, this Year, Plan out an extensive Promotion, Lay out your
Marketing and Advertising Strategy.
Decorate out your entire front entrance as well as your interior. Maximize
your energy and you will radicalize your cash return. From one of the
biggest Nights in this Industry, The Night Before Thanksgiving, to Three
Nights before Christmas to New Years Eve, we are talking about a
significant impact on your volume and especially your bottom line.
You can increase your volume by over 70% over last year, and best of all
you can generate profits that shatter any previous numbers you have
generated.
This Year, sell out these nights in advance, that's right, let me say this
again, "SELL OUT THESE NIGHTS IN ADVANCE."
Don't hang tacky, ugly beer signs. Don't print up thousands of worthless
flyers. Don't take ads out in non result producing newspapers. This Year,
do it right!
Why give the nights away and let your competition simply take the nights?
Why be so lazy and procrastinate as to cost your establishment and your
wallet serious cash revenue?
This industry had a very rough and challenging Year, between the weather,
the terror alerts, the price of gas, the War in Iraq, and assorted
political confrontations, your Patrons want to have "THE FUN", they want

If you don't have a huge ratio of Women coming into your establishment,
you have serious problems that you need to address. You need a step by
step process by which you romance Women back into your former "Hot Spot"
that is now way down the "Place to Party" Chain, then where it use to be
which is the #1 Place to go.
Women are the key to this business and you need a ratio of two women to
every one guy. I repeat myself quite often in these articles, because I
have never witnessed an industry where its operators refuse to change, to
modify and to reposition their bars, their clubs, their lounges to where
they should be going foreword, rather than where they are stagnated in the
past?
This Year wake up, the Holidays are your "make or break" window of
opportunity to take full advantage to one of the most profitable times and
Seasons of the Year.
Don't just have a beer special and drink special along with a DJ or band.
For once this Holiday Season, do it right, take the time, devote your
energy to shattering past crowd counts and cash flow. You keep advertising
in that Alternative Newspaper with no viable results. You keep doing it
your way and yet you see no difference or improvement in business. Doesn't
that tell you anything?
OK, if this does not excite you and entice you to do it "RIGHT" this Year,
then you should suffer with slow Holiday Nights. You have no one to blame
but YOU.
