WHY ARE YOU TOLERATING ROWDY PATRONS?

Forget Road Rage, we have Nightclub Nightmares, meaning punks in hip hop
fashions with wise ass attitudes.
If your club is dependent upon these type of patrons for it's very
survival, then you are in pathetic shape.
- Why tolerate these punks with foul mouths and treating your female
patrons like pieces of meat and treating your club like an alley way?
- Why put up with these no tipping, confrontational in your face
punks?
- Why turn your head when your Door Men have to get into another
situation over and over again with these Wanna bees?
I say enough is enough.
If you are part of the problem, you have no one to blame but you and
your managers......
- Why allow an upscale Club to become nothing more than a gathering
place for caged animals?
- Why allow your female patrons to be groped and harassed?
Look at the beating your Club is taking, both on your staff and your
building. Look at the way these punk patrons act, speak and behave
in your Club, I ask you is it really worth it?
I have so many club owners contact me for direction due a horrible or
tragic event that occurred at the club or outside the club due to these
nightclub nightmares. Bringing a club back from this type of
devastation is not easy, but it can be accomplished. It won't happen
overnight, it will take time, but I have successfully
resurrected many clubs. The key is the strategies you use, the
mindset you implore and the manner in
which you turn your club around.
I say, TAKE BACK YOUR CLUB......................
Look at the condition of your club, the next day after you have allowed
these animals to ravage your club.
Look at the walls, the carpet, the restrooms, look at the toll this nights
are taking on your club.
This is not what you should be going through, these are not the patrons
you should be reliant on to make you a living, this is not the way a hot
club is run.
They are not playing by your rules, you are beholden to them and their
rules. Now you tell me, what's wrong with this logic and this
picture? Look at the image your club has in your Community due to
this crowd and their behavior, the cops are fed up, the landlord and
nearby businesses are constantly complaining, people are disgusted with
these nights and this constant out of control behavior both in the club,
outside the club and even in areas near the club.
Are there solutions, is there a way to clean it up clear it out and
create a new image? Of course there is, but you had better be prepared to
do exactly what I say.
I have no use or patience for this crowd, but I can't give you my
formula, that's how I make my living.
