TIMES ARE CHALLENGING ENOUGH, COMPETITION IS FIERCE, THE LAST SITUATION YOU
NEED TO ADDRESS IS ONE OF A LUST/LOVE RELATIONSHIP AMONG EMPLOYEES OR
MANAGEMENT.

DRUG USE:
NEVER TURN YOUR BACK, NEVER LOOK THE OTHER WAY, NEVER IGNORE THE OPEN,

CLUB, YOUR LOUNGE AGAIN.
THERE IS NO PLACE FOR DRUG USE, DRUG DEALING, IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG ACTIVITY IN YOUR OWN CLUB, BAR
OR LOUNGE, THEN YOU SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.
THERE IS NO UPSIDE TO DRUGS BEING IN YOUR BAR, YOUR CLUB, YOUR LOUNGE.
WHAT PEOPLE DO IN THEIR PRIVATE LIVES OUTSIDE OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AS LONG AS
IT DOES NOT AFFECT THEIR WORK ETHIC IS THEIR BUSINESS, BUT WHEN THEY ARE IN
YOUR BAR, YOUR CLUB, YOUR LOUNGE, THEN IT'S NOT JUST THEIR PERSONAL CHOICE,
IT'S YOUR MAJOR PROBLEM.
"Nightclub & Bar Magazine" finally recently acknowledged the problem
existed, by printing an article on the problem.
But what the article didn't say is "NIP IT IN THE BUD", stop it at once, it
doesn't matter if it's employees or patrons.
Check your bathrooms constantly so that patrons cannot use them to do drugs.
Give drug tests to your employees.
Run background checks on potential employees.
Always observe what's going on in your establishment.
Lay down your Mantra "No Drugs in my Bar, my Club, my Lounge.

THAT'S WHAT MAKES CHARGING REGULAR PRICE FOR LIQUOR AND BEER EASY.
THAT'S WHAT IT TAKES TO CHARGE A COVER CHARGE WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF
RESISTANCE.
THERE IS NO LOYALTY, CLUBBERS, PATRONS, PARTY PEOPLE GO WHERE THE CROWDS GO
AND YOU CAN EMPTY OUT ANY DRINK SPECIAL PACKED PLACE, BY COUNTERING THEIR
PRICE WITH YOUR PREMIER PROMOTIONS.
