Here it is November, and your Club is
still only open 3 nights and four nights a week, what is your problem?
Oh, that's right, you can't even pack
them in the nights your open now, let alone open more nights........
What is your problem?
Why haven't you gotten your game plan
and carried it out?
Where are your promotions?
Why is it the same old boring nights
with the same giveaway drink specials, the same mediocre DJ, and the same
format over and over and over?
These are the "Money
Months," now thru July you should be rolling in cash.............I
have never seen so many "LAME" Owners, who are so tight fisted
they would rather continue to lose money, lose patrons and lose their
club, then turn it around.
Why continue to waste money on radio?
Why are still doing what you know
very well, does not work and won't work?
It defies
logic........................... Clubs need reinventing, they need
redefining they need redefinition, yet far too many Owners are so lazy and
procrastinators, that their clubs suffer and ultimately close.
This is not rocket science, this is
Nightclub WAR 101. You can't simply ignore the reality of what is
hurting your club and diminishing your volume and traffic. There are
so many aspects of your clubs' overall operation, that your not
addressing.
It's boring, it's stale, it's too
predictable, and IT 'S YOUR FAULT.
I receive so many email Invites from
clubs, same boring promo, DJ, lowered cover, and nothing more.
Same old pathetic no life no juice, no punch, no excitement night.
A RICHIE RANT:
You listen to radio salespeople who
are only interested in getting the buy, the worst radio salespeople are
Clear Channel Robots. This Conglomerate which hopefully will be
busted up by the DOJ, owns a billboard Company, way too many Radio
Stations and a concert promotion company. This is not outrageous,
it's despicable............ Talk about anti trust and owning it all.
Clear Channel should be ordered to
sell off some of these properties and taught how to treat nightclub
Owners, they are arrogant, rude, and ruthless. I have zero tolerance for
radio sales people, their spots cost too much, their remotes are a joke
and their loyalty is only as long as your next buy is.
Nightclub Owners spend far too much
on advertising that does not work, far too much on talent that does not
draw, and far too much on atmosphere that does not matter.
Your club should be open a minimum of
six nights a week right now, if it's not, your losing money, losing
patrons and losing market share...........
