Teen Nights/Night Before Thanksgiving/PACK THEM IN.

Teen Nights are a Gold Mine, the problem is most Club Owners who can legally host such nights have no clue what is involved?

Most Owners are so concerned with getting the cover charge, they forget about
A. THE PLANNING
B. THE ACTUAL PROMOTION
C. THE MARKETING
D. THE FORMAT
E. THE OPERATIONAL ASPECTS
F. THE ENFORCEMENT
G. THE LENGTH OF THE NIGHT
H. THE FORMULA FOR A SUCCESSFUL NIGHT

This is why many Club Owners "RUN" don't walk from even considering such Nights.
Huge Mistake. Major Mistake. Monumental Mistake. Tremendous Loss Of Revenue by not hosting such a Night.
Before you even consider holding a "TEEN NIGHT" let me ask you these quick hit questions:

1. Do you even know what captures Teens Attention these days?

2. Do you even know what to expect when you host such a night?

3. Do you even know how to communicate with Teens today?

4. Do you even know what their average disposable income weekly is?

5. Do you even know what age group to target?

6. Do you even know how to keep such a night safe and secure?

7. Do you even know what to offer, how to capture their attention?

8. Do you even know how to add some "EDGE" to the night without
going over it?

9. Do you even know how to enhance the night and keep the energy
up?

10. Do you even know what Teens will try to attempt that you must prevent?

I have made many clubs tens of thousands of dollars on their "TEEN NIGHTS" but it involves a commitment to consistency, to a conceptual discipline and to a complete, comprehensive approach with no shortcuts or corner cutting.

Otherwise, it's your worse nightmare.
Every Owner thinks it's a walk in the park, until they attempt one night and then all of a sudden are swimming with the sharks.

THE NIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING YOU BETTER BE PACKED OR YOU BETTER SEEK PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HELP!
One of the Monster Money Nights of the Year is just weeks away.
The Night before Thanksgiving is one of the most profitable nights in the industry.
No Drink Specials, No Cheap Beer, No Free Cover Charge, this is not about "Panic Promoting" it's all about "THE FUN" and "THE WOW FACTORS" to lure them in and excite them to stay.
I hope, I certainly wish your planning a MAJOR NIGHT of "FUN" and "WOW" for the Night Before Thanksgiving and for that matter Thanksgiving Night as well.
I have had so many Clubs tell me "you were right, after my patrons hung out with their Family all day and had the big Family Dinner they wanted to get out and party."
But then you have the other Club Owners who know they could generate great cash flow and yet are too lazy, have too many excuses, are not inclined to do what is the smart, practical business strategy, but rather just let their competition take the night, the patrons, the cash...................................
It's basic "Nightclub 101," you take advantage of every Holiday and night that follows where it is practical to open and pack your club, your lounge, your bar.

The Mayor of Tampa, Florida is contemplating an Ordinance to ban drink specials other than at "Happy Hour," I am so in favor of this kind of local law.
That's right stop giving the house away cheap, cheaper and cheapest to get patrons through your doors and start using your brain to entertain.
But the guy down the street is jammed on Monday Nights with $1 drinks, who cares? How much money can he make on a drink when he gives not just the well, not just the top shelf but even the call brands away for $1 a drink?
I would welcome seeing "ALL U CAN DRINK NIGHTS" gone, I would love to see $1 Drink Nights a memory.
I would jump for joy to challenge clubs and bars to offer their Patrons "THE FUN" and "THE WOW FACTORS" rather than the least expensive way to get drunk as fast as you can.
Imagine if all bars and clubs had to operate on a level playing field with no more
Lunatic liquor specials or bizarre beer pricing?
Many States are taking this action to stop Clubs and Bars from intentionally
focusing on cheap to keep patrons rather than excite and entice them.
This is your "WAKE UP CALL."

RECENT INCIDENT IN NYC POINTS TO THE FACT I HAVE ALWAYS SAID, "You don't need nor want Celebrities who think your Club cannot survive without them."

SORRY PARIS, YOUR NAME MAY BE HILTON, BUT YOUR BARRED FROM THIS BAR.
I salute Ian Schrager, for banning Paris Hilton from his Gramercy Park Hotel bar.
"The Rose Bar" doorman "Damien" stopped Paris Hilton from entering the upscale bar with her posse, citing strict orders from the Owner Schrager. Now this Owner has real "Class" salute him and his mantra, "I don't want that kind in here."

"We want real people, not fakes and frauds."

Well Paris, since your own club in Orlando is not even drawing patrons, and since your a typical spoiled brat who thinks that Clubs should just let you in and pick up your tab and ask other patrons to move just to accommodate you and your posse, I salute Ian Schrager, a Man who owned "STUDIO 54" and knows how to treat legit Celebs and how to deny access to "zeros wanting to be club heroes."

Kudos To Jonathan Peters, THE "J" in Club DJ, the Man has "Samantha" his all inclusive traveling spin, slice, shout, show, squeeze, sophisticated "SET UP" that between audio, visual and his talent make him "THE MAN" when it comes to Club DJs. I salute the Premier Person who put his cash where his mix is and makes it the maximum beat for his dance floor freaks.

Congrats to Oakenfold for being named Producer of Madonna's seven European City Tour, no better acclaim than having the Queen of the Dance Floor lead you produce her tour. Nicesh.......................

And finally there is a Husband and Wife team in upstate New York who are losing tons of money, have no idea how to operate a Nightclub, yet refuse to listen, learn or lean on anyone who knows everything they don't.

How can any Club, Bar, Ultra Lounge Owner continue to operate, when they lose money every night they are open?

I don't care how deep your pockets are, when your reaching in them and never putting anything in them, why, just tell me why you don't reach out for help and

Simply say " Hey Help Me?".

You listen to the radio salesperson who is simply taking your cash, your listen to the liquor salesman who is burying you with another brand you won't sell, you listen to the band booking agent who is selling you another band that won't draw,

you listen to everybody who wants to empty your pockets, but never, ever do you listen to anyone who wants to fill them?

Can someone explain this phenomenon to me please?
