1. Your promotions are
horrible.
2. Your radio spots are hideous.
3. Your giving away drinks and nobody cares.
4. Your only open 3 Nights a week.
5. You depend on club promoters to pack your club.
6. You have no game plan or strategy to pack your club.
7. Your club looks like an outhouse.
8. Your Manager is worthless.
9. You are an arrogant and ego driven person who refuses to listen to
those who know.
10. Your competition is burying you.
11. Your club has no fun.
12. You refuse to change.
13. You won't spend the money.
14. You are never at your club.
15. You are burnt out.
16. Your giving away the cover charge to beg patrons to come in.
17. Your restrooms look like war zones.
18. Your front entrance looks like a Daisy Cutter hit it.
19. Your out of touch with your club and your patrons.
20. Your club is in a nose dive and you have nobody to blame but yourself.
21. Your staff does not respect you.
22. You allow foul, drugged out and disrespectful punks in your club.
23. You have no Women coming to your club.
24. You do nothing for your Community.
25. Your relationship with local law enforcement is like that of the
US and Iraq.
26. You allow drugs in your club.
27. You have no controls in place.
28. You have no solid relationships with liquor and beer distributors.
29. You and your Wife and Family and Partners do nothing but argue and
fight over the best way to manage the club.
30. You don't stay on top of the club and it's needs and must haves.
