good size nightclub, both are suffering the same fate.
They are not attracting party people, or night lifers or clubbers.

So minus the booked Weddings, this Banquet Facility is a lost cause.

is booked, you are losing thousands of dollars?
How would you like to have to meet expectations far above the realistic
situation that currently exists?
This is much similar to Restaurants that at night can become Night Life
Adventures and make the real REVENUE from the LIQUOR rather than break even
with the labor intensive Chef, and kitchen operation.
Restaurant Owners have the best of both worlds at their feet, but they
rarely realize it.
But for now, back to Wisconsin, then there is the Nightclub Owner open three
nights a week, with Wednesday Night being Ladies night, now the club can
hold 400, but on "Ladies Night", with Ladies paying $7 for all they can
drink, he only has about 150 Women.
What's wrong with this picture?
In fact, the other two competing Nightclubs in his area, close on this
night, rather than compete with him.
Now, let's review this, boys and girls, he has no competition, and yet he
still only draws 150 Women and maybe 100 Men.
When I asked the Owner where is "THE FUN" and "THE WOW FACTORS" he replied "
Ladies drink free all night after paying the cover charge".
This same Nightclub opens again Friday Nights and is dead.
His response, "Only 600 people go out on Fridays in my area and I am off the

Sadly, this Owner has been going through the miserable motions of operating
incorrectly for quite awhile now.

He has to pay his bills, his payroll, his rent, his electric, his entire
overhead, so what is he going to do?
Why make less per drink, per bottle, per beer and give away the bar to take
These Owners are like playing "ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A FIVE YEAR OLD?"
Only in these situations and incidents it's ARE YOU SMARTER THAN RICH

they give away cheap drinks?
Ask the Management of TAO?
Ask the Management of Crobar?
Now if the big Dogs of the industry do not pack their clubs by giving away
the Bar, why would you who are not even on their level volume wise, resort
to such nonsense?
Why would you spend money on radio to promote drink specials?
How are you going to pay for the cost of the radio spot and at the same time
discount your drinks and beer, while still making a profit?
CANNOT BE DONE.........................................
Your barely making it just on Weekend Revenue, you have zero weeknight biz,
and to stimulate the weeknights your going to beg, plead, grovel, cry out to
potential clubbers and night lifers to patronize your Bar, your Club, your
Lounge because your prices are CHEAP?
This is what is known as UNWISE, UNBELIEVABLE, UNFORGIVING.
Don't fall into this syndrome.
Know your liquor costs at the top of your head.
Know your marketing costs at the tip of your fingertips.
Know what your Promotions Plans are on a moment's request.
